I scheduled a pick-up and the next day I received a call, it was the owner saying that he was on his way to pick up my computer for service and just wanted to call ahead and make sure I was going to be home. He arrived promptly on time gave me a service order with the stores contact information and a business card. I was a little nervous to leave my computer in someone else's hands but the reviews I have read about this company left me a little bit at ease. How often do you hear about learning centers (in reality) being quiet and easy to work with? I only know of two, from direct experience with five local ones and THIS is the best one to go to. It's in your hometown, Jeffersonville, and if you call them to schedule you can actually get in quicker than going the route of using the websites for Comptia courses. It's a tiny lil place just across from the Jeff courthouse but its efficient, they are quiet, and its comfortable. It's the standard three desk setup in a small quiet room. I love their homemade IT art as well. Do be careful with writing down notes no the wipe board *before* the test, you are not allowed to do that and that's a PEARSON VUE company thing. A business neighbor in the building reported that the Company had been evicted from the building. Accordingly, while I have given only one star in order to be able to post a comment on YELP, this is not actually a genuine rating, just a comment on the Company based upon my personal visit at its posted location on YELP. Steve solved it in and his rates are super competitive for his skill set. Recently, my wife's business hard drive stopped working which had a ton of important data.
