I have not had any issues with a drop off or a package pickup. Prices and services are fairly competitive with the other shipping providers. Staff have always been friendly and efficient when I have visited at various times of day throughout the week. Business hours are extremely convenient for my needs. I plan to return to this location in the future, which is along the State Street corridor near Big O Tires and Home Depot at the I-265 exit. Parking lot is a slight challenge to access, but not impossible.

The parking can be limited, as it shares the few available parking spaces with at least two other businesses on that side of the small strip of businesses. Therefore, several more spaces can be found on the other side of strip (the long "L" side of the strip).
