Fine. This was a price labeling gun. Neither the "manager" or "assistant manager" would listen to me. The assistant manager is a snotty little twit and wouldn't even pull up their return policy on their own computers. I called over to OfficeMax (sister store) and spoke to someone and finally got her to understand what I wanted. She had the product, exchanged it. No problem.

From the lack of service, to the mess, to the trash cans being full, it was not the experience we thought we'd get when spending a few hundred in printing. We needed scissors to finish cutting off some things but a lot of the resources that I have at my local staples were nonexistent here. All in all, we got what we needed but I might just stick to my local FedEx when needing to print items.
