I left with a janky-looking, depreciated, piece of crap - the screen was completely misaligned and had visible bubbles and debris under it. And if being aesthetically atrocious wasn't enough - the touch-screen no longer works. Now it only registers if I rotate between portrait and layout before I tap. Every. Single. Time. Of course, the man told me this was, "not his fault," because when he opened it - he saw a piece of internal hardware was bent... Nevermind the fact that the iPad was working perfectly fine, without any problems, for over a month since the fall (bent piece or not). Bottom line: I walked in with a broken iPad valued at $350. I walked out with a hideous, unsellable, unusable piece of s*** not worth $100 This man has no idea what he is doing. A child could have done a better job.
