No ETA, No phone call letting the neighborhood know. No supervisor available. No credit for the inconvenience. Then when the call is over he does not hang up, he puts me back on hold so I can't do the survey. Sad to have no choices and you get what you get in a company.

I paid them last month, I have a confirmation email from them with a transaction ID, and now I find they have no record of it. Turns out checking the bank account, they never processed it and now I'm going to have to fight them about a late fee that I wouldn't have gotten. They also repeatedly have show up on days I wasn't expecting them and NOT shown up on days their website says they were coming. No wonder the delivery driver I spoke to a few weeks ago said he was losing multiple customers frequently (I forget if he said daily or weekly). I will be cancelling, so add me to that list.

They didn't have it and their advice to me was order it from Amazon. I don't want to order it from Amazon. I would expect this location to carry at least one $8.99. o-ring on a piece of equipment that they sold me for close to $6,000. JJ is an amazing asset however, JJ's supervisor informed me that they can't carry a part for everything they sell in that store and I shouldn't expect it. I do expect it and I would think that the solution to that issue was to tell me they could order it from their distribution center and I can kick it up when it came in. So this location on Manzanita will no longer enjoy my patronage. I will go to their store on Hazel avenue if I have to. My experience with JJ I rate at 9 because of his advice to order my part from Amazon. His supervisor and I don't know his name. I give a two for his rudeness and flippant answer to my question.
