A few minutes later we realized that one of the earring had fallen off of the display board it was sold on. We went back to the booth hoping we could find it. First, multiple vendors at the booth helped us look, which was very kind and already above and beyond. When it couldn't be found, the person who made the earrings let my daughter exchange the remaining earring for another pair at no cost. My duaghter was so sad when she lost that earring and there was definitely not expection of a replacement since we lost it after we bought it, so having it replaced with a new pair was incredible and I can't express how happy my daughter was. My husband is an avid collector of Transformers. And Toy Town has a small selection of it…read more Transformer Blokees are my husband's new addiction so we stopped in to see if any were available. We have gone through a few of the Blokees series so it was cool to see that they have the newest series available. This is my first time in and I was overwhelmed by all the fun things to look at. My toys of choice is Hello Kitty, anything cute and plushies. I did see an option of Hello Kitty figures but I already have them. I was mesmerized by the cute boba and cotton candy plush. My favorite section of the store was towards the front where the smaller toys and gadgets were at. I love playing with little things and there's quite a few options available. My husband ended up getting a few Blokees blind boxes. I got a squishy boba toy. It was just Valentine's day so I didn't have the heart to ask my husband for the 50 dollar plush. I will have to grab it the next time we are in if it's still there. I would say this could have been a flawless experience but the customer service wasn't there. What confuses me is when people work at fun stores like a toy shop like this, a bakery or candy shop and their customer service is meh. With such a fun venue, good think that someone who is checking you out is happy and smiling. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much out of someone. This toy store is dope. Lots of fun things to see, touch and buy. There's a great variety of options so you're guaranteed to find something for that special someone. It makes my husband happy so that's a great bonus point. Maybe the next time we come in, there might some Hello Kitty options and the customer service will be friendlier.

Never told them i wanted to sell it but he took a couple pieces apart, took him like 3 minutes if that! He asked for my ID and I told him I didn't think I was ready to sell it yet. I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I wasn't desperate yet and he tells me that gold is at an all-time high which I know so it wasn't worth it just yet to me so I went to leave and asked him if they closed at 3:00 and he told me yes but don't come back he didn't want my jewelry he did all the work ALLLL the work?! That wasn't work. That was sitting in a chair playing with jewelry for a couple minutes. He's just pissed bc he knew he could make SO much more of it. I know that too. I understand the "overhead" but don't act like they don't screw ppl over thinking EVERYBODY that comes in is desperate for money. Acting all nice like a car salesman until he doesn't get his way and becomes a big ol biotch! Nice try buttwad. Glad i get to tell everybody about this experience.
