Very large gaming area. Not very easy to find (kinda tucked in on a side street. Not a very good non-card game selection.

I've been a customer of this card shop for a while and have generally had good experiences,…read moreespecially when working with Kyle, who has always been friendly, professional, and appreciated my business. I even gave Kyle a Jacob Melton Auto last visit to give to an employee that PC him. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the complete opposite. I was looking at purchasing around $600 worth of wax and politely asked if there was any flexibility on the price. The employee helping me couldn't authorize a discount, so he checked with the manager. Rather than introducing himself or greeting me, the manager immediately responded that they don't discount new wax and that maybe they'd consider something at $1,000 or more. It wasn't so much the answer that bothered me--it was the condescending tone. I simply said, "Okay, thanks," and headed toward the door. As I was leaving, the manager said, "Have a blessed day," followed by a chuckle that came across as sarcastic and unprofessional. To be clear, I wasn't demanding a discount. I asked a reasonable question on a sizable purchase and was perfectly fine with being told no. What I wasn't okay with was being treated like I was inconveniencing someone by asking. Customer service matters, especially in a hobby built around relationships and repeat customers. Based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
