The store is very nice on the inside, it was enjoyable to walk around and look at cool collectibles. They also have a clean bathroom which is appreciated. They have all kinds of different collectible cards and some other collectors items. I noticed some football helmets and jerseys. We came in to ask some questions about my husband's well preserved childhood Pokémon collection but their Pokémon expert was not working today, he's normally off on Fridays and Tuesdays the manager said.

Whether you're into graded cards of Bob Clemente, new arrivals of Drake Maye, Topps Allen & Ginter boxes and blasters, or Pokemon, Ross Cards & Collectibles has it all. The two guys managing the store today were kind, helpful, and did not stand over me as I reviewed the cards. A quality of service I appreciate. I want to review in peace without judgment and peering eyes. Could I have shopped on eBay and WhatNot? but why paid an additional 100-200% mark up. Its better to support a local business than get robbed online. I came away with some cards that I wanted and I will definitely be back on the regular for more Drake Maye and perhaps some T Henderson as my Pats are back on top. Thanks Ross Cards & Collectibles and Go Pats!

After getting home and setting up the car, it didn't even reach 25mph. I figured, no problem, I'll have my PA call and arrange a return so I can get something that works. Well, no go, they flat out lied about the speed then, they wouldn't even help resolve the issue. Given that my kids are so young, they've lost a decade+ of patronage and guaranteed I'll just take my chances online. I mean, how could online shopping be worse? At least most online retailers would accept a return.

Never told them i wanted to sell it but he took a couple pieces apart, took him like 3 minutes if that! He asked for my ID and I told him I didn't think I was ready to sell it yet. I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I wasn't desperate yet and he tells me that gold is at an all-time high which I know so it wasn't worth it just yet to me so I went to leave and asked him if they closed at 3:00 and he told me yes but don't come back he didn't want my jewelry he did all the work ALLLL the work?! That wasn't work. That was sitting in a chair playing with jewelry for a couple minutes. He's just pissed bc he knew he could make SO much more of it. I know that too. I understand the "overhead" but don't act like they don't screw ppl over thinking EVERYBODY that comes in is desperate for money. They had Destined Rivals single packs priced at $18, while the current market price is $9.69 per pack. They were pricing those packs at about 86-96% above market, nearly double the current market price. That's just one example. I also brought in some Pokémon and One Piece singles. I asked what they pay for cards, and the lady at the counter told me they pay 50-70%, or even up to 75% of market value. I said, "Alright." She looked up the cards, came up with a total, and showed it to a male employee. He looked through the cards and then offered me $225 for the entire lot. The total market value of the lot is $755.67, so their offer was only about 30% of market value. If they had actually offered the 70-75% they mentioned, the offer would have been: * 70%: $528.97 * 75%: $566.75 So not only are they super overpriced, more than the scalpers out there, they also give you one number that they'd pay and then give you another number that's completely under market value. I get that you have to make a profit, but damn, that's insane. I would not recommend buying from or selling to this business. You're better off buying or selling on the online market. It'll be a waste of your time. Reply to your response wasn't mad or upset. Just wanted to give my review and feedback on the business I went into. My experience.
