I was shopping across a few different groups local to Las Vegas to manage four websites I oversee…read morefor a business group. I needed full suite web hosting and support on design and maintenance. I met with a handful of web service providers and Tasha & Drew at Vegas Website Design were far and away the winners. With our first meeting they listened to our businesses unique needs and tailored a solution for our needs. This was all specific to exactly the amount of support I was looking for which was greatly appreciated- their competition really didn't do that but matched us to existing offers. They were able to partner with us on building plans that are helping us grow. Implementation was extremely painless and easy. I was prepared for a mess but it was nearly handsfree and smooth, all completed within a day. There are regular website backups so I know we'll never lose any data or content. After implementation, Tasha has been extremely proactive with our team on improving the websites. I admittedly have been really swamped but she's taken it on to do research of what has worked for other businesses in our vertical and how we can improve on it. I'm overall extremely impressed with Vegas Website Designs work and the best part? It's a fraction of the price of our last partner. Truly impressed top to bottom with their partnership, the care they have shown my team, and their dedication to excellence. I'd absolutely recommend them for any sized business.

The company exceeded our expectations at every turn; from initial consultation through measuring and monitoring results. Their services included: 1. Crafting an interactive, user friendly, and easy to navigate website 2. Integrating the website with printing and distribution companies 3. Establishing a shopping cart 4. Assisting with targeting qualified contacts and preparation of a database for email marketing 5. Designing and emailing of promotional materials. Their design expertise, coupled with their knowledge, attention to detail, and cooperative and innovative approach, sets them apart as the go-to-experts. We found them not only skilled and through, but extremely personal and easy to work with. They were always willing to take the time to discuss our concerns and were responsive to our numerous questions. They took our company to the next level with their talent and relentless dedication. We recommend them without reservation. You will find that when compared to other website designers, their quality of services and pricing are among the best in the market.

I was sadly recently disappointed by my experience here. After working so hard to curate a brand…read moreand logo for my business, I engaged with Customistic for new custom shirts on shirts that I brought in. I spent 20 minutes with the technician finalizing the proof. My bill was ~$230 for reference on order size... probably pretty small but certainly not the smallest. Most of the order came out to standard. The sad part is a specific batch of my order were printed using the wrong color. Tech told me the printer messed it up. Some technical jargon regarding ink. I asked for half my money back and was denied because I brought the shirts in. Sad. Very sad. Not for them, for me. I care a lot about this company merchandise. In the midst of my sadness, my current assumption is there probably is no such thing as a true 5 star print shop, they would have to charge 30-50% more to cover losses on mistakes. There's too much that can go wrong and the business model likely cannot afford to please every order that gets messed up. In other words, original custom printing is probably just a crap shoot. 3 stars is fair.

My last project was to replace my classic Tiki Ti t-shirt that was worn out after years of use. They perfectly replicated the design on the back and left-breast logo. Been very happy with everything they have made for me! They are also lightening fast. Even if you don't request same-day service, they are typically done same day or next day at the latest. Top shelf operation.

Highly recommend this place . They did a full wrap on my company van and I absolutely loved it .read more

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!*…read more Let me start of by saying this was a *VERY* simple job I needed. My car is wrapped. I ha damage on my drivers side door. I need ONE door wrapped. I already had the wrap I bought. I just needed him to wrap the door. I reached out to Top Notch Wraps via Yelp for a quote on my job. He responded very quickly and came back with a very reasonable quote. He had good reviews on yelp so I figured I'd set up an appointment. Monday at 9. Monday rolls around and around 8:30 he reschedules to 9:30. No big deal, only 30 minutes. I head to the address on his yelp account which is about 26 minutes away. I get there right around 9:30 and I can't find his shop. I call him a few times and no answer. He finally texts back and says "Don't think I've sent you the address. Sorry." He sends me the correct address which is 25 minutes away and says "we switched shops about 2 months ago and I haven't updated the address." Ugh.. okay. I need this done so I head to his new address he gives me. He asks if I'm still coming and I say yes. I send him my ETA which is another 25 minutes. Around 5 minutes from getting there he tells me to park in the back of the shop and he will open up the garage door. I pull up and I can't find the place so I call him and no answer. He texts me saying it's a shop called "Gaby Printing"... this is where I start to get a little sketched out. I park in the back like he asks and nothing. I text him after 5 minutes "Are you here?" Nothing. I call him a few times. After 15 minutes I'm highly frustrated at this point. I tell myself at 20 minutes I'm leaving if I don't hear from him. Still haven't heard from him. I start my car and leave. I text him: Very unprofessional of you to have someone drive over 45 mins around Vegas for you to ghost them when they finally show up at your shop. He finally starts to text back and call me 5 minutes later after I've already left saying his phone died and he was working on another customers car inside the shop. I don't believe this AT ALL. If you're expecting a customer to pull up to your shop and you're IN the shop, wouldn't you already have the garage door opened? He offers me a discount to comeback but I've already had enough of the unprofessional behavior. If you're that's unprofessional than that would probably show up in your work as well. I would rather pay more somewhere else for better customer service. Listen, Joseph I am a small business owner myself. This review is in no way malicious or anything like that. I hope you use this as a stepping stone and learn from it. If your phone is the ONLY communication between you and the customer, shouldn't you ALWAYS have it charged? My best guess is - you were never there to begin with. If this is the case, it would have been a world of difference to just be honest and let me know. I would have waited. Also for future reference you should probably update your address on Yelp, Google, & Apple maps. Goodluck in your future endeavors.
