Toby was recommended to us six years ago as a professional and proficient website developer. He was able to expertly take over the management of our multiple websites, including rebuilds in WordPress, and has continued to be available and responsive to all of our needs. At times we have needed a new website up within days, and Toby has been able to do that for us. Toby's experience, knowledge and strategies in internet marketing, including SEO and the effective use of adwords, immediately created more brand awareness for our company. In addition, we were able to slash 30% off our annual marketing budget while at the same time creating increased revenue. Everyone at our company greatly admires his professionalism, work ethic and reliability; he is a very trusted and valuable partner.

We…read morewere promoting one of our events during Super Bowl Weekend outside the LINQ and observed a team member in the recorded attached photos shows that they were not event trying to attempt to pass out the flyers to anyone walking by & was on his phone the entire time. We also checked the dashboard and no photos were ever uploaded for proof of distribution from this company. They provided GPS charts that show them walking a good amount of distance, however it seems that is all they were doing... simply walking around and not passing out the flyers. We spent a good amount of money on this promotion and honestly, this is the very reason we were skeptical about this type of promotion in the first place. They tried to make up for it and get us to spend more money to pass out flyers the next day... NO THANKS. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH, I PROMISE THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HIRE GOOD AMBASSADORS.

I reached out to schedule a consultation because I'm looking for an awesome web designer and a long term web designer/ marketer, here local in Las Vegas. I sent them a standard non disclosure agreement, prior to our meeting, so i can talk about my business openly. They called me the morning of the appointment and said they can't sign that and that they are cancelling the appointment. I was surprised and sought an explanation. They said because "we don't know what it's about." Ya, and you won't without a standard non disclosure agreement, for confidentiality. Why is a confidential conversation out of the question when it comes to my intellectual property rights? Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time!

They had an acute understanding of what their client needs and they contacted us because we can meet those specific needs. That's right. You heard it. They found US on behalf of their client. That just doesn't happen any more. In most web development relationships the burden is on the client to guide the development team in a very specific direction. Brian and Cat are unique in that they provided this particular company with a path to meet their desired outcome. In this case, that path included researching and finding out how to get a shipping calculator into their shopping cart for oversized, un packaged items. ShipHawk was the only company that can do that and 702WEB found us! Having worked with many, many web developers over the years, I have typically been underwhelmed by the lack of flexibility and knowledge of alternative solutions. Cat and Brian are different. They are scrappy. They are problem solvers and we will definitely partner with them again in the future. Give them a shot if you need a website built. Especially if you are ecommerce and need to get help building your online presence. Their prices are fair and you will not regret the outcome!

Knowing that Google is the lifeline to an HVAC business, Stephani was quick to offer advice in getting back online, even prior to signing on with her services. We interviewed a few companies to work on our Google listing and create a new website and ultimately decided Stephani was the best fit given her talent, value, style, and communication skills. Our new website looks modern and professional and she kept us involved asking for input after the completion on all the pages (something not offered with our past company). We truly appreciate that we didn't get a cookie cutter, old design. We also appreciate her knowledge in navigating our Google listing. 10/10 would recommend her services.

Our business appeared in basic google searches within the 1st 3 pages consistently when I was able to put the time into it without taking out an ad, and our social media was getting decent response. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to do both of those and and needed some help there, so we called SKC Group. This was right after the Covid Shutdown. We knew that tourism was going to be slow and we really wanted to focus on getting more local clients and thought SKC would be the smart choice. After all, they " specialize in everything the digital and traditional media world have to offer" according to their website. Big mistake. Over a 4 month period, they managed to build us a website that did not work properly (they told us it would be better than the one we already had and convinced me it would be best for us) and we went weeks of not getting a single phone call or email from a new client, because the contact page on the website did not forward us any emails, and on the social media they were supposed to manage, on numerous occasions on our posts they put the phone number to a different business they managed (but another tattoo shop, therefore sending potential clients their way) in addition to posting content that has nothing to do with our business. We had a 6 month contract with them, and I didn't make the full 6 month before I told them we're done. They acknowledged their mistakes and did not charge us the last month. I told them I wanted a refund and they refused. A few months later our business was closed. We put a lot of heart and soul into this and once SKC got involved, it was the beginning of the end. I absolutely 100% do NOT recommend SKC Group.

I met with a handful of web service providers and Tasha & Drew at Vegas Website Design were far and away the winners. With our first meeting they listened to our businesses unique needs and tailored a solution for our needs. This was all specific to exactly the amount of support I was looking for which was greatly appreciated- their competition really didn't do that but matched us to existing offers. They were able to partner with us on building plans that are helping us grow. Implementation was extremely painless and easy. I was prepared for a mess but it was nearly handsfree and smooth, all completed within a day. There are regular website backups so I know we'll never lose any data or content. After implementation, Tasha has been extremely proactive with our team on improving the websites. I admittedly have been really swamped but she's taken it on to do research of what has worked for other businesses in our vertical and how we can improve on it. I'm overall extremely impressed with Vegas Website Designs work and the best part? It's a fraction of the price of our last partner. Truly impressed top to bottom with their partnership, the care they have shown my team, and their dedication to excellence. I'd absolutely recommend them for any sized business.
