Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. Crooked cut, jagged edges, no attempt at a clean finish, and zero pride in the work. This looks rushed, sloppy, and unfinished, not something you'd expect from a professional shop. My insurance company provided a list of several "chain" body shops in the area. Due to the sheer volume of cars damaged by the storm, these shops weren't even putting people on a waiting list. My father-in-law has been a loyal customer of Williams for many years, and he recommend that I at least call them. They were extremely helpful and were able to get my car in immediately. They handled everything, including getting the damage reappraised after Farmers initially cut a check for less that 1/4 of the actual repair costs. All of that was great, but the finished product is why I'm writing this review. The work was literally flawless. My car looked as good as it did the day a drove it off the lot with 6 miles. The interior was clean and there no signs anyone else had been in the vehicle. From start to finish the experience was excellent. The customer service and craftsmanship are both 5+/5. A few weeks after I got my car back, it was damaged again, although less severely, in another hailstorm. I bringing my car right back to Williams next week without a second thought.

However, after the vehicle was returned to me, ongoing issues began to arise. I noticed that my bumper continued to come loose. I contacted David, and he advised me to bring the vehicle back in. At that time, I was informed that a clip had not been properly installed. Unfortunately, even after that correction, the issue persisted. Over the past two years, I have returned multiple times for the same problem, and each visit has resulted in the same explanation regarding a clip. I was hesitant to leave a review because my previous interactions with staff had been positive. However, my most recent visit was very concerning. Upon arrival, Scotty was dismissive and unprofessional. He questioned whether this was the same vehicle that had been serviced and made comments that felt unnecessary. He then suggested that the issue may have been caused by me hitting something underneath the bumper. Had he reviewed the service history, he would have seen that this has been an ongoing issue since the initial repair. I expressed my frustration with having to deal with the same unresolved problem for nearly two years, especially considering the amount that was paid through my insurance for the repair. In response, he stated that he could report to the insurance company that I had caused damage by hitting underneath the vehicle. The mark he referenced was not new and does not explain the recurring issue with the bumper. This interaction was extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and accountability. While I do not wish to work with Scotty again, I still need my vehicle properly repaired and the issue fully resolved.

I arrived close to closing time and Austin took his time explaining everything. He even shined my back bumper which had nothing to do with my accident/claim! The front office also saved us MONEY by advising us to file our police report!!! They didn't have to do these extra things for us. They definitely take care of their customers!
