Jordan quickly explained that yes, I broke the LCD screen and there was a very small chance that the phone would be irreparably damaged, and if that was the case, he wouldn't charge me anything for taking a look at my device. THANKFULLY, he was able to set me up with a new screen, even showing me on the old screen exactly where the damage had been done. In just 20 minutes (!!), I was back in business and reconnected with the world for both work and personal use. I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well.
