We have dozens of pictures of the poor work they did installing our countertops. Not only was it poorly done, it was also not completed in a timely and professional manner...it took an additional unexpected 4 weeks to install them. The first installation appointment, our main countertop piece broke during install. It was several days before we even got ahold of them to figure out what the next steps were (meaning we went without countertops/sinks-therfore running water downstairs for an entire month). They would leave our house before ever addressing the poor and unfinished work and then were extremely hard to get ahold of (seriously, no one answers their phone there). My husband spoke to several members of the company and did a lot of back and forth with Home Depot as well. Each time we did eventually speak with them, it would be a week or two before they ever attempted to repair or finish their work. Extremely disappointed that Home Depot sub-contracts such a terrible company. We would've much rather paid a higher price to begin with for a better quality and experience. I'm angry that we had to learn the hard way.
