David L was our initial poc and I should've known something was special about him when he kept pulling more and more items out of a moderately sized bag like a magician with rabbits. He came to our home and worked with us on what we needed versus preferences - including concerns and potential issues we didn't even think of. His time and focus on our project was just the beginning of our walkin shower journey. Our second poc was Carrie who is exceptionally competent at the "office" side of the business; she managed the inner workings and even made direct contact with the VA for us so that we wouldn't be stuck in the middle. Her affable nature and consistent communication made this part of the process - which I thought would be the worst - easy and stress free. Our materials took some time to come in but we never felt forgotten during those weeks. And then installation day came! Our expert installer, David H, literally sealed the deal for us. He was so respectful of our home and genuinely a delight to work with. He is well versed in this industry and his skills are beyond compare. I was impressed that he knew the answers to most of our questions but of the few he didn't know, he called someone who did to provide us with accurate information instead of just making something up. We were extremely pleased with his personality and his workmanship. In the end, we got an outstanding new bathroom shower with zero hiccups and complete confidence in Superior Bath Systems. We could not have found such a unique and positive experience with any other company; I am sure of it. I would give this company far more stars if I could; definitely recommend. I cannot personally attest to the quality of the finished work, but what I can say is that they were honorable in their dealing with me. The salesman, Bob, came out when he said he would, quoted a fair price and gave us a few options based off of the description of what we were looking for. Arrangements were made for the pre-job demo to be done and that was fulfilled as well. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication from the supplier of the tile. Bob worked hard to find an in-stock replacement at nearly every tile shop in Indianapolis, but to no avail. Because of the mistake of the supplier, Refine was unable to do the job in the time that we needed it completed by. I am, however, very appreciative that they refunded our entire down payment so that we could move forward with our project.

Extremely frustrating and unethical experience with Bed Bath & Beyond…read more I received a bathroom vanity that arrived broken. Customer service sent a replacement and clearly told me I would not be charged for the broken one and that UPS would pick it up. From there, everything fell apart. They failed to provide tracking or pickup dates, causing me to miss UPS. When UPS was resent, Bed Bath & Beyond only provided one return label even though the vanity came in three boxes, forcing me to call again and delay the return further. I was then told they would personally arrange pickup and send tracking, but instead they cancelled the return, claiming it was outside their 30-day return policy -- even though the delays were entirely their fault. To make matters worse, I was charged $748.24 on September 8, 2025 for the broken vanity after being told I wouldn't be. I spent weeks trying to resolve this. I was promised supervisor callbacks that never happened, waited on hold for 40 minutes, and was repeatedly told my case was being "escalated" with zero follow-through. This company failed to communicate, failed to retrieve a defective item, and charged me anyway. Completely unacceptable customer service. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you want accountability or basic follow-up.

Once I decided to renovate my master bathroom, I decided they would be my first to call b/c I knew the team there and knew they did great work! Well, they didn't disappoint. I worked with Kayley Vargo, (one of the interior designers there who I also knew from the commercial design community), on how to make my bathroom dream a reality. Her patience, skill, and creativity made her a perfect advocate for my design needs. Kayley helped me figure out the best use of a challenging space and was incredibly helpful when working with me on finding the best products to use, etc. She and I had an absolute blast designing the space!! From there, I had an amazing project manager, Bill Cundiff, who "held my hand" through the entire process, was readily available with any questions I had. Bill truly went above and beyond for my project. Without his knowledge and expertise, I doubt this project would've gone as smoothly as it did. In addition to Bill, all the tradespeople who worked on my project were wonderful as well. Their attention to detail and skill was very apparent in the finished result. In the end, I have only amazing things to say about ACo. They were a dream to work with and the bathroom I have now is even better than I could've imagined. Whatever that's fine... I found it odd the salesman wanted to show me sooo many options via text and only brought 2 to my house to look at it in person. I really liked one of the options though so it worked out. Scheduling was easy, the team was at our house on time to install, and were done in a couple hours. That said, I'm pretty confident in my assessment that the floors that were installed were not what I picked out. What I picked was very light, grey, almost concrete looking. What was installed was very dark and a lot of brown tones... it's like it's the same style but the wrong color was ordered. I mentioned this to both the project manager and the salesman, neither acknowledge me. For that reason I wouldn't use them again and unlikely to recommend to my family and friends.

I said okay. 5 minutes before the new appointment, he called and said he was still 1/2 hr away because he had an employee get hurt at worksite and had to run to hospital. I said okay again. He arrived and took measurements, no samples of windows and said I would get an estimate within the week. Week and 1/2 later and still no contact. Between the report of injury, the tardiness, and the lack of follow-thru, I concluded my business should go elsewhere.
