Whatever that's fine... I found it odd the salesman wanted to show me sooo many options via text and only brought 2 to my house to look at it in person. I really liked one of the options though so it worked out. Scheduling was easy, the team was at our house on time to install, and were done in a couple hours. That said, I'm pretty confident in my assessment that the floors that were installed were not what I picked out. What I picked was very light, grey, almost concrete looking. What was installed was very dark and a lot of brown tones... it's like it's the same style but the wrong color was ordered. I mentioned this to both the project manager and the salesman, neither acknowledge me. For that reason I wouldn't use them again and unlikely to recommend to my family and friends.

When we decided to go ahead with the project, the entire team came to my house, plumbing, electrician, etc. to assure that what the designer had presented was all doable. Our designer, Dani, was excellent at accommodating all our wishes and our project manager, Ryan, was very thorough and communicative. The actual project was mostly completed while we were out of town, but through their app and texts, we received pictures and questions every step of the way. At the end, every minor detail was attended to and we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I highly recommend this company for your remodeling project!

The Kohler hardware was purchased from Donnie Briggs at Kohler, and the tilework and installation was done by Mark Groce. Mark has strong attention to detail from getting the grout mix and color to carefully placing each tile. The process could take a while since some of the items needed may need to be custom cut. We're incredibly happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished shower. I highly recommend both Donnie Briggs for hardware and Mark Groce for his construction/installation work and both of them are great with design and attention to detail. I recommend future clients to be involved in the construction process, as it helps with communication and decisions. I would gladly work with both Donnie and Mark again for any future projects.

Had horrible experience with sales associate, Beth, and my bathroom remodel. she allegedly spoke…read morewith my contractor that was also recommended by Kohler and told me that a 36 inch vanity would fit only later to find out that it didn't and it was not returnable. She knew it wasn't returnable and didn't give me the heads up that I shouldn't take a chance that it wouldn't fit and I would be stuck with it. On top of that, she told the contractor that I wanted the brick tile stacked in my shower when I explicitly told her that I wanted it horizontal brick pattern. So I'm stuck with that too. Even after I spent all that money at the Kohler store the manager and the owner, Joe Rotskoff, were such jerks and acknowledge how I was misled and ripped off. I would not recommend anybody to deal with the Kohler store in Indianapolis.

They have just about everything there for the entire home. The layout basically takes you through the whole store and it feels almost like a maze, but you follow through it in one direction. However, if you look carefully, there are shortcuts between sections. I enjoy the journey, so I got my steps in! There's service counters available around different parts of the store for assistance. They also have little gadgets, gizmos, and treats to add to your cart around there too. I found a sleeve of chocolate cookies for $2! Of course, one must visit the cafe when visiting IKEA. One must get the meatball meal. It's under $10 for a dozen meatballs, mashed potatoes, and peas. It is very delicious and filling. IKEA family members can get free tea or coffee from the cafe, but their coffee machine was down. :( I'm sure I'll be back for more home finishings before too long!

I was not greeted upon entering the store, nor I was offered a basket although an employee was standing at the entrance door. I would not have felt bad if she was doing the same to all the customers entering. She was super sweet to every single customer entering the store and was guiding them about today's deals and offering them the baskets. She was also thanking all the customers as they were leaving the store. I bought my favorite items and as I was heading out she maintained her cold behavior towards me (it felt more like a racist behavior). She is an older lady who was at the main entrance of the store. I did call the store after leaving to bring my concern to the store manager's attention. I am hoping the store manager will ensure that the people who work at the store are trained well to deal with customers equally. I do not intend to return back to this store in future. My experience at all other Bath & Body Works stores in the town has always been amazing.
