Lisa answered all of our questions, and worked with our schedule to set up tastings (have I mentioned that the food was AWESOME?!). Pickup locations are available in North Liberty and Kathy's Pies in Cedar Rapids. Every meal arrives frozen with cooking instructions. We rarely have leftovers, but it's still more cost-effective than dining out. I appreciate that there's no subscription requirement, though you do need to order a few weeks in advance since spots fill up quickly. My husband likes to add extra seasoning to some meals for a bit more heat. I wish they offered a wider selection of non-dairy meals for those who are lactose intolerant.
