Great selection of veggies, whole grains, breads, from fresh to frozen. They have a restaurant, Beauty and other services as well. It's nice to have fresh lamb as well. You can even buy a whole lamb ! Love the dried veggie options. Looked for garbanzo beans every where and this is the only place that had them. You can definitely find all the ingredients to make stuff at home so it's salt free. So many sugar free options but most cookies contain malitol. Will be part of my groceries go to place to make Mediterranean foods at home!

Grocery ---- 4/5 -----Very spacious and clean grocery market. Due to the presence of a large south asian and Arab community in southern Arlington, IndoPak came as a relief. Meat section is outstanding and they charge much less than other Halal options in Arlington(import food market and international food market). The collection of fishes are also noteworthy. Overall, it's the best Halal Grocery in Arlington and way ahead of the other two competitors. Cafe ----1/5 --- The downside is the vegetable section and the cafe. Vegetables are almost never fresh. While some of the items served in the cafe is tasty, others are just bland. Especially Biriani is neither cooked in Bangladeshi/Pakistani style nor in Indian style. Its seems to be a straight mixture of Greasy Pilaf rice with dry meat/chicken. One of the worst birianis in the metroplex. Vegetable samosas and a few curries are the only items worth the money. The management should seriously consider changing the chefs and improve the quality of the food.

Don't trust her. Beware of the store management too.

The food is pretty decent for a small venue. The store isn't as clean, I don't buy meat and you have to check expiration dates on their products in the grocery store. After an experience with one of their Suite renters, Cindy's Hair Salon Services Suite #112 will never visit that establishment again. Both the store manager, who also refused to give me his name nor Cindy Nguyen or Haoug Nguyen (she changes her name when she gets caught) would help me. Do not use the services there, she will give you a sob story requesting cash or Zelle then pretend nothing happen and not fix the issue. Bad service all around. Money lost. This makes it bad for small business owners. I'm now going to have to go to small claims court. All I requested was $100.00 be returned to me. Now I am on blocked. GROW UP!

Horrible customer service. The meat market staff is awful. You make a request and they give you what they want.

Nice staff and plenty of options. Meat department is ok, but they have tons of options in the rice area.

I love the briyanis here - chicken, goat and lamb (boneless). Veggie samosas are good.

Mentioned it to employees and their excuse was they're short staff. Lots of stuff are way more expensive than American grocery stores. Just don't give them any more businesses until they post prices on everything.

First you can find mushrooms that aren't available at a typical grocery store. At Whole Foods for example, you can occasionally get oyster mushrooms at around $14-$17 per pound. At Ben, $6.99/pound. King mushrooms, you might be able to find some at Whole Foods that are the length of you thumb for $15 per pound. I bough them at Ben today for $2.49/pound and they were as big around as my wrist and as long as a beer bottle. I can alway find fresh seasonal fruit and veg at half the price of Kroger and Whole Foods. When you're finding regular grocery stores are low on rice and noodles, Ben had pallets of all kinds of rice and aisles full of noodles. Oh and the prices are so much less. There isn't an Asian sauce or seasoning that you won't be able to find here. I don't buy meat, seafood or eggs however I did notice they were plentiful and the prices were well below Kroger and even Target. I've never had an issue with customer service. Everyone is always very nice and willing to assist.
