I had an appointment was Allen Arnold and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. To begin, he was very friendly and easy to get along with from the start. I told him I had a high level understanding of what I wanted, but he quickly figured out that I really had no clue what I was doing (my first real suit) and was very helpful in guiding me throughout the process. Allen always asked what I liked but then explained what he thought, what was in style, what would be good for my body, etc. He never talked me out of any decision that I made, but it was very nice having his input when I really had no idea what I wanted. Overall this was an amazing experience and Allen was a big part of that. I was referred here by a friend that had a great experience, and now I will be telling anyone that needs a suit to come here (and hopefully get Allen). read more

Let me preface my review with the fact that I have worked retail for many years, and I usually more than enough patience for store associates because I understand what they're going through. The first time I came in with my fiancé, I was pleased with their service. However, it was all downhill after that. The custom suit he ordered didn't fit right, and there were no attempts to fix it. The second time we came in, we were looking for tuxedos for our wedding. Alejandro was the one who helped us. He was so unfamiliar with the suits that I was surprised to find out he's the manager there! Multiple times, he would attempt to explain the ordering process for the suits, and he would end his explanation with "if you check the website, it'll make more sense." I'm sorry, but if a MANAGER is unable to articulate the ordering process, I lose all confidence in his knowledge. Not to mention, we asked him multiple questions about the tux options, and he would say "I think.... [xyz]". At one point, he mentioned he had been there for a year. I would expect that after being at a suit shop for a year, you would KNOW about your product and not "think" you know about your product. They're just suits - it's not rocket science!! Several times throughout the encounter, his staff member (who looked older and wiser) would slowly walk over, seemingly contemplating whether he should intervene, but he didn't. That's really sad when a staff member needs to intervene for his manager. The third time we came in, the guy who helped us was nice enough, but he couldn't give concrete answers about the fabrics. I'm a woman who got a suit made to measure at indochino. I hope more women go here! I got a custom suit made in August 2018. My stylist was Devon and I had a great experience with her (and the other women who work at this store. You're all wonderful!) Staff review (Devon): I had a great experience with Devon, she was attentive and helped me make some decisions when it came down to small details of the suit. She made me feel comfortable during the fitting and double checked all the details with me. I had one minor fitting issue with the pants after they arrived (very quickly I might add) and I made an appointment immediately at the store. I was able to get the issue fixed right away in store by the fabulous team of women this store employees! Suit review: I love my suit, it is super comfortable and looks awesome. Highly recommend for the amazing price (especially if they're having a sale!!) Store review (Seattle): Everyone working at the seattle store was amazing to work with, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I hope more women get indochino suits so they can start making more female friendly cuts (although the custom fit will get you 99% of the way there. The baggy crotch was my main problem). read more

Just an all-around terrible customer service experience. I was given a 2-3 week timeline on alterations that were to be for my wedding. After three weeks, I called and was told that it was being worked on and it would be 2-3 more days. Radio silence...then, 4 WEEKS later and TWO NIGHTS before my wedding I received an automated email that my alterations were complete. Needless to say, I needed to purchase another suite elsewhere. No refunds, credits, or discounts of any kind were applied. read more

Update: I've tried many ways to contact this business, including submitting a complaint to the better business bureau. They never respond. Do not give this group of frauds a dollar. I strongly suspect this company is not what they say they are. I don't believe they make their clothes made to order. The clothes they sent me were hilariously off -- not even close -- and they attempted to rectify the situation by altering them, not remaking them, which is what you would expect if the clothes were actually custom made. I believe that they are probably just measuring you and sending you off-the-rack clothes that are roughly approximate in size. If you look on reddit or other places on the Internet, you can find many similar stories of people receiving clothes that are not even close to fitting them. If you want actual custom clothes, you're going to have to pony up for them. Otherwise just go to Nordstrom read more

The most unprofessional branch I have experienced. Twice I came in for my appointment and they were not ready. The manager also was rude, couldn't answer basic questions about tuxedo fabric and really didn't seem like he wanted to be there. read more

We have been to this shop twice now. Once a couple weeks ago and now today, both times we were treated rudely by more than one sales person (it just seems to be the general excepted attitude there). The first time we came in to try to get information about how it works (we are shopping for my fiancé's suit for our wedding). We came about 40 minutes before they were supposed to close apparently and were told they couldn't help us because it was too late and nobody was available (weird because 3 women were just sitting around when we came in, eventually 1 of them did help another couple who entered the shop after us but that still left the other sales people to just sit around). They let us look at the fabric and before we left I went back over and asked another sales person if we could make an appointment on another day to come in and ask questions (as it seemed you couldn't just walk in and do that) we were told we could make an appointment for a consult but when we tried their computers kept freezing so she said she just would "remember" to input our info, that the computers freeze all the time at the end of the day. She didn't write our info down. I asked if we should worry about it not ending up on the schedule and she said no and we were hurried out of the store. We were unexpectedly delayed the day we were supposed to have our appt. and I tried to call to hopefully reschedule for a later time but nobody would answer the phone and their voicemail was full. I finally had to resort to going online and scheduling another appointment for the next day (there weren't any appts. available for the same day online) and make a note about trying to cancel/reschedule in the appointment. The appointment automatically populated in my calendar. The next day we received an annoyed phone call from a sales woman at the branch asking where we were at 3:15 and if we were still coming, we explained we were on our way and could hear her talking to another girl next to her telling her we were late. I explained our appointment was at 3:30 and she said no it's not. I told her the appointment was put in the calendar directly from the scheduling system but she wouldn't hear it, she told me she would try to accommodate us but couldn't guarantee it due to our being late. When we arrived at 3:30 I tried to talk to them about the issue with trying to reschedule and their voicemail being full and was told they try to check it occasionally but it's usually full. That's not a good business practice and was a huge red flag for us. The whole appointment the sales person races through the facts and looked down her noses at us. We felt like an inconvenience. We left and my fiancé said he felt like she had been extremely rude and that the voicemail thing had really bothered him. He said he felt like he could never buy a suit from there with any confidence. We went straight to Nordstrom and bought a $2,000 custom suit. They could have had our business if they just had better customer service and better business practices. read more

Received my initial order of shirts which was a little tight through the chest- took them back in the store and Mia and team were amazing and knowledgeable as they walked me through some minor tweaks that would give the remade shirts a better fit. Horrible, horrible experience -- My partner and I purchased 2 three-piece suits (for our wedding) 4 shirts and a number of ties in March. We spent over $1000 at the store that day. We received our order just as stores were closing due to the pandemic. None of the garments fit correctly. All of the measurements were off by quite a bit. We both contacted customer service and were told we would be sent an email when we would be able to bring everything in for a refitting. Months went by and neither of us heard from them. I wrote to customer service a few weeks ago asking when we could come in for alterations and was told we missed the deadline. They would not fix our suits or shirts. I was told in a scripted reply that a message had been emailed to me about the stores reopening. I explained that I never received such a message but they insisted one was sent even though they could not tell me the date of the alleged message. We are now stuck having to pay for extensive alterations. read more

Showed up to my first appointment 20 minutes late and got turned away. Employee was rude when I walked in saying "i apologize I'm a bit late." He responded with a very passive aggressive "yes you are." Ok fine. They are busy, I can sort of understand. Reschedule to the next week. Show up on time. Sit for 40 minutes before someone tells me that the system "somehow got double booked. It could take another 20 min since they are hour long appointments." Considering how rude they were to me the week prior, I got pretty upset. Never coming here for a fitting. read more

Great service, product and value. We went in to get suits fitted for me and my groomsmen. Having only made an appointment for 2 on a busy holiday weekend, the staff did a great job of accommodating an extra few groomsmen that decided they wanted in on the experience. They've really figured out how to make it a good experience for 'guys.' Simple, straight forward and low pressure. The complimentary coffee did wonders. I picked the outside fabric and then let my groomsmen run wild with their options; custom monograms and liner choices were a fun touch. A few weeks later, the suits arrived. As a tall, skinny dude (6'5", 220 lbs) it was so refreshing to put on a custom fit suit. No tight spots, arm length was perfect and the waist band was spot on. The un-boxing experience was a little lack luster, but the product is spot on. This is a shining example of how retail 'services' will survive in the online shopping world. For slightly more (~$150) than a suit rental, I now have a custom suit that I'll get more than my money's worth. read more

Summary: Decent suits, incompetent staff Ordered a suit for a wedding, came in completely the wrong fabric, replacement arrived after wedding, went to get the corrected suit fitted in-store, final "fitted" suit jacket fit me like a burlap sack. I'm a tall, fit guy, so the poor fit is inexcusable. Also, the customer support staff consistently blamed me for their own company's mistakes. My Experience: * Needed a suit for a wedding, so thought I'd try out Indochino * Went to the Downtown Seattle showroom. Confirmed with staff the suit would be ready before the wedding (3.5 weeks away). They assured me it would be. * I knew I wanted a Grey Sharkskin suit, so going through the design process was quick. Purchased suit. * Received suit in 2 weeks (1.5 weeks before wedding). Suit was completely the wrong fabric (black vs. light grey sharkskin). * Called store, told nothing they could do * Called Custom Service, who told me that it was my fault because I had signed off on the custom order at the end of the fitting design process. At no point did I ever discuss or consider any fabric in-store other than the grey sharkskin I had selected. * Argued with Custom Service who eventually agreed to send me a replacement in the correct fabric. * When I asked whether the replacement would arrive before my wedding, Customer Support told me that if I was making a suit for an event I should have begun the process two months in advance. They didn't care or believe me that the in-store staff had said differently. * Suit with correct fabric arrives week after wedding. * Go to Indochino show room to get it fitted. Staff seemed unsure how alter a suit to flatter me (a tall, fit, muscular man). Staff assured me the suit would be done with the alterations in 1-2 weeks. * After waiting 1.5 weeks, I called the store and was informed that there were still 11 other individuals before me in the queue and I'd need to wait a couple more weeks. I complained, and they put me at the front of the queue. * Got my "fitted" suit a few days later, and the jacket fit me like a burlap sack. If there's anyone in the world it should be easy to flatter in a suit, it's me. The pants fit well, though. While I could probably get them to fix the poor fit of the suit jacket, at this point I'm tired of dealing with these guys and their general incompetance. I'd rather take it to a tailor I trust even if it costs me money to get fixed. read more

I recently had the pleasure of getting fitted for a tailored suit by Indochino in Seattle. I worked with Porscha. She knew EVERYTHING and made the hour-long fitting feel like it was five minutes. Wit Porscha's help, I enjoyed the process of finding my suit color, material, lining, and buttons. I got to monogram the inside of the suit too. I can't wait to wear it. I really dig men's suiting, and I've acquired suits from a wide variety of places. Indochino fires on all cylinders; quality, selection, customization, tailoring (nothing off the rack looks half as good as a personal fit), price, and definitely customer service. The in-person process fits within a lunch hour, and the digital pad they tote about captures everything in real-time. If you swing by the Seattle showroom, ask for Devan! She's a pro and super helpful, not to mention pleasant as can be. If you're looking for a new suit, you'd be silly not to try these guys at least once. read more

If you enjoy having to make several calls to follow up on something you have paid for...Indochino will suit you perfectly. I went in with my brother nearly a month ago to shop for a suit. The person that helped him rushed through the customization part of the suit and didn't even offer or mention several of the options...including asking what color of buttons he wanted! My brother wanted a material that was on sale and specifically asked the salesman if it was the $299 price that was posted online and in the store window. He assured him that it was, but charged more for the suit. He informed us the suit would arrive in 3 weeks. Two weeks later, my brother is checking the order online and it is still saying on hold. He calls the salesman to inquire and he says "oh yeah...I'll get that processed." My brother at the same time tells him specifically that he wants the black buttons, which he says he will put on the order. The following week, my brother checks the order again...still on hold. He calls the main customer service line hoping to get things straightened out. Wishful thinking. They were absolutely worthless...almost to the point of rude and when my brother asked if they could transfer him to the Seattle store, they couldn't even do that. He called the Seattle store directly once again and spoke with the manager. She was apologetic and said she would get the order pushed through. When he mentioned being charged more than the sales price she told him that the sale was only available online. After my brother argued saying they had a sign in the window and the salesman told us it was $299, she agreed to "just this once" refund the difference. After the numerous calls he has had to make just to even get this order in the system because people are too incompetent to do their job and you want to have an attitude about the $50 difference? Very poor customer service! Once the order was finally in process, he noticed they put the wrong color of buttons on the order. Of course, this was his fault too and there is nothing they can do about it now. He will need to take care of it once he finally receives the suit. I really hope once he receives the suit it is a better quality than what this experience has been. read more

Everyone was very friendly, offered me water while I waited for someone to come available. During my appointment they made it easy to chose my fabric and and customizations offering really good style advise. While being fitted they were very professional and concerned about my preference on style choice. Great experience, great price and great music. I really had high hopes for this place. They have lovely clothing and advertise custom fitted business clothes. So, to make a long story short, I had to return my "custom fitted" clothing 5 times. 5 times to continue to have it "customized" to make it fit. Everything was too small. I would have probably left this review alone were it not for an incident that I thought was just too much to deal with. At one point in this experience, I believe it was revisit #4, I was trying to explain to the manager that the jacket was still too small and gestured with my arms to show the pull in the jacket... already very frustrated because they were starting to waste my time... the manager laughed at me!? As I was expressing my frustration with the experience, totally justified... she laughed at me. I said, "why are you laughing at your customer when they are frustrated, rightfully so"... she then proceeded to backpedal and try to get herself out of the situation. Instead of just apologizing, she proceeded to school me on how to be a better customer by not waiting so long to return my clothes to be refitted. But, I assure you, I was totally polite and kept my cool.. and hadn't done ANYTHING wrong as a customer. So first I get bad service, then I get insulted, then I get patronized when I am frustrated. I recently lost a lot of weight, and needed some custom suits made given my unique body dimensions. The process was very easy, and I got to select every little detail in the two suits I bought that day. Porscha took all my measurements, and I was blown away several weeks later when I received the suits and did not need a single adjustment to them. The material is great, and the cut of the suit even better. Quite simply, it's the most comfortable and best looking suit I have ever worn.
