Got ticket almost everyday even that you have the parking pass and put it in their system (they mentioned that), then after a while could not take it, raised a complaint by phone to the customer service, the customer service the one who got upset then hung up the phone because I raised my voice. How come you are not very upset once you got ticket almost everyday, call them to raised your complaint, then they asked your name twice, not just one. So unprofessional. It supposed to be the customer that upset, but this time is the opposite. lol Hope they can do better for all of us in here. read more

This company is out right fraud. Their app asks "allow indigo to use your current location" ; I selected yes to it and then app gave me lot number; after that i selected monthly pass. They still issued me tickets; Upon asking patrol person; he stated that you bought monthly pass for parking across street. Patrol person can check if you have accidently bought parking for any nearby lot; but they don't; instead they are happy writing you tickets. Upon calling they told me it was fault of GPS on my phone. They also blamed be for not reading fine print (parking pass is last thing i will read fine print of). Now i wont be using parking spot of monthly pass (As this company is fraud) plus I will have to pay tickets. This problem is so common; yet they don't bother to correct their app or Issue any warning within app. Or put any warning sign with in parking lot informing about these issues. I was gonna be their long term customer; but they are so unreasonable that i am completely boycotting this company. I will pay double than parking at indigo ever again. read more

My car window was smashed because they have giant lights but choose not to turn them on at night for health care workers that work midnight shifts. They did not care, or offer to turn the lights on in the future. They let homeless people camp behind their lots with no cameras, no security , and don't turn lights on at night. I would park elsewhere. read more

INDIGO HAS TRAP TO GIVE YOU TICKET - BEWARE - CAUTION: I paid for parking online for lot 016-3 in the morning before leaving my house (received parking pass online and confirmation of payment) and when i get to the lot, it was closed as this lot was used for organizing concert during stampede. I parked my car at lot 016-2 and rush to office meeting. I called on my way to office as usual i heard message "usual then normal call volume... please hold" after waiting for 10 minutes, i reach my office and go to meeting. when i get back to my car at 3pm, i received ticket under my windshield wiper blade. I called Indigo office and explain that i paid for parking and i have parking pass and proof of online payment, I parked at lot 016-2 because lot 016-3 was closed and there was not warning message while booking for parking online. They refused to listen to me and insist to pay ticket of 90 dollars. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT TRUST INDIGO AND NEVER BOOK ONLINE EVEN IF YOU PAY ONLINE YOU MIGHT NOT GET PARKING SPOT. Bunch of Fraud, I do not know why government is giving them contract for places like Toronto Pearson Airport. They gave me 85 dollar tickets stating I stopped vehicle outside parking area, truth is I never did, the car infront of me was not moving, so I couldn't move either. I heard a lot about their scams in Alberta and other places, it is sad government is allowing this scam company to operate in Ontario now. read more

How is this company still allowed to operate in Calgary? From ridiculous parking fines when parking is paid, practically impossible to reach anyone to resolve it (why do I even bother) to phantom charges on bank statements that aren't included in the receipt that they generate. It doesn't tell you it's "authorizing" a payment- it doesn't tell you anything about that on the webpage. I've been trying for five business days now to get in touch with someone about a parking ticket I received, have left four voicemails, and called at least six times. It doesn't matter what time of day I call, they never pick up. They also don't return calls. I paid for five hours of parking and was given a ticket after 25 minutes of being parked. Do they ignore people calling in so they can extract more money after the 10 day marker when the parking ticket jumps from an already crazy $65 to an insane $85? Could be! Update: they finally called me back, and canceled the ticket. So while it was very frustrating getting to that point for me, I will give them credit that they looked at the facts and realize that they gave me the ticket in error. read more

My work building parking is now managed by Indigo. We work from home but have to be in the office one day a week so prior parking arrangements no longer work. I pay for parking the night before I go, get the barcode, pass number and proof on my credit card. I come out early in the afternoon to see multiple vehicles with papers on their windshields. I thought there is no way these can all be infractions, but guess what, they are. I get a notification that I did not pay for my parking. The fee is $70.00 increasing to $90.00 after 10 days and then by another $45 when it goes to collection. I tried calling the telephone number twice at different times, both saying the typical 'they are experience a higher level of calls', after 10 minutes you are transferred to voice mail and no one ever calls you back. I emailed an address on their web site which said they could not recognize my pass number and asking the lot number for my parking which I provided. 2 days later, I received an email stating the infraction had been cancelled due to patroller error. No apologies for the inconvenience or obvious incompetence! From now on, I will still park there but will print my pass and display it on the dashboard. Guess I need to do their job too! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid to park for 3 hours, their app was so slow it took 8 minutes to get through checkout. I didn't notice it switched between my 2 saved vehicles. The email they send you conveniently doesn't include the license plate, and I couldn't get the app to load my parking pass. Came back to a ticket, $80 if paid in the first 10 days or $110 after. I emailed them twice and left a voicemail in the last week, trying to get ahold of anyone to dispute this is impossible. Park literally anywhere else. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Indigo parking holds a monopoly in the city of Calgary and consumers are left with very limited options. When I started my temporary position (mid April 2022) where I safe and secure parking I was told to contact indigo parking. I was able to acquire parking across the street from the office I was working. I was pro-rated for the remainder of the month of April and then again charged for the month of May, Mid July I was offered a full time position in another department where I was no longer needing the parking. I gave Indigo as much notice as possible (July 10) and was told by Jesse Trout(monthly parking coordinator) that company policy was that I give 30 days notice. I explained that I was not going to pay for 10 days of parking that I was not going to use (l live 40 mins away and in the new position work remotely from home). Indigo was not willing to do anything for me. I put a stop payment on the prorated charge for August 1-10 and am now being told that I need to pay the pro-rated amount and a $30+GST charge because they were unable to withdraw funds from my account. I spoke to Kimberly Webber (Account Specialist) as well as Stephanie Wolseggner(Supervisor of monthly parking) both of whom are not willing to do anything because I voluntarily left my temporary position for a permanent full time position. If I involuntarily left my position they would be willing to help me, but because I chose to accept a permanent position in another program within the same company that did not require me to be onsite - there was nothing they will do. I have spoken to Marie Newman(Manager of monthly parking) who is the manager of Monthly parking and she has threaten to send the $73.84 to collections. I should not be penalized for accepting a better position, I should not be required to pay for a service that I no longer need or use that is 40 mins away from my home. I expressed my issues to several people within Indigo (Calgary office) and they are not willing to budge. I was told to go on to their website and lodge a formal complaint, which I will be doing. read more

Unacceptable. I had 2 tickets, in error, $70 each. They were disputed and dropped to $35 each....for a specified number of days (this was not communicated) Then it went to $110 each. So while I thought I had paid the full and correct amount, there was an outstanding balance, which was sent to Collections and now shows on my credit. They did not return messages while I sought to correct this situation. Completely broken business model and unacceptable level of service. They should not be in business. read more

Indigo Parking has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I've been dealing with a situation with Indigo Parking since December 7th and is it ever frustrating. We went to an event downtown Ottawa and parked at an Indigo lot at the Andaz Hotel. The parking is $35 per night and the machine accidentally charged me for 2 nights. From that moment on I have spent more time than I ever should have to try and get a refund. The phone numbers, email and website contacts don't work. I finally got through by calling a lot number that ended up being in Montreal who gave me the head office number. After that I had to jump through so many hoops to prove what happened, I finally said "do you think I want to go through all this for $35 if it wasn't legit?" Every time I email I get an automatic response that says "due to high volume of concerns it will take 2 to 4 days to return your email". No surprise there that you're getting a lot of complaints. Just got an email back that they will only provide a partial refund. No reason. They just won't give my money back they shouldn't have taken in the first place. Is this the new way companies make money? Frustrate you until you give up and go away. read more

This company is a disgrace! They are extremely unreasonable and pure money grabbers. I paid $26 for a full day of parking but inadvertently applied the payment to the incorrect Indigo parking lot. The correct lot was 20 feet away, across the alley. I would have thought that a reasonable business would allow me to apply the payment to the correct lot. NO, in addition to the day's parking, they insist that I have to pay the $ 70 fine (in 10 days before it goes up to $90). $ 96 for a day's parking is a little exorbitant don't you think????????? I pay for monthly tenant parking (secure undeground) and have a reserved stall which is posted as reserved with special characters indicated a specific person/group. It is 24/7 I have had numerous other vehicles parked in my spot. I have taken it to them numerous times and they keep having me move my stall at a charge and it keeps happening. they have no monitoring on evenings and weekends but claim they will tow the offending vehicle which never happens. I park in parking lot everyday even during this special time. I pay the parking every month and have a valid parking pass. Indigo issued a ticket to me and they said they didn't see the parking pass. Even they are able to confirm my pass, they told me "Once a notice is issued, there are fees attached to it. The best we could do for you is to reduce notice to the administrative fee of $30 as One-time courtesy, payable within 10 days." read more

Horrible people working here... I will never rent a building that has indigo parking service again.. Sent email to register my vehicle didn't bother to read the attached documents that had the information they needed. Just sent me an email back saying it was wrong sent the same info again and magically it was right... I later inherited a vehicle from my grandfather after he passed and was not able to park it in the lot because the registration wasn't in my name yet even though I explained to them the situation and how I needed a few days in order to get the death certificate to transfer it... Still told menid be towed and removed if I parked Out of curiosity I read over the contract they sent out.. And it did not say anywhere that it was required to have the registration in your name to park so they told me the contract has actually been changed as of... They didn't know.. SO basically these people don't honour their own contract claim it has changed randomly and told me to stuff it when trying to deal with a my deceased grandfathers property... I parked in an 2 hour visitor spot in an Indigo lot and was ticketed after 1 hour and 10 minutes. The ticket indicated that my car had been in the spot for greater than 2 hours which is not true. I provided documentation to Indigo showing that I was elsewhere at the time they say I was parked in their lot but despite clearly showing that I wasn't there and didn't exceed the 2 hour limit, they refuse to cancel the ticket. I have spoken to the same woman twice on the phone and she has been extremely rude to me. I have also tried emailing the documentation to show where I was but they have yet to reply. I am really upset with Indigo. I paid to park in one of their lots. My car broke down, so my mechanic came and swapped me vehicles. Because I forgot to change the vehicle parked in a panic came out to a $70.00 parking ticket. I called and left a VM as well as emailed them. The representative I was speaking with could only reduce it to $30.00. Not even just charge me for the day like originally. If I didn't have to pay to park for work I would find somewhere else to give my money too. Poor customer service and astronomical rates considering DT Calgary is a ghost town and their parking lot is empty. Guess they really need the business of 5 or 6 cars in that lot. :( read more

My little one clicked on the app by mistake and accidentally paid for parking. I called Indigo right away to cancel the payment as I was not going to be parking my vehicle at the parkade that day as I was working from home. The lady who picked my call (Mia) was extremely rude, would not cancel the parking permit. I clearly told her what happened and that it was a mistake. I had no intention of parking my car today for the entire day. As such, I should not have to pay and the amount paid by mistake should be refunded. She failed to listen to me and told me that once payment is made, they cannot do anything. read more

I had an appt. for my son at Rejuvination at 10203 Southport Rd SW on Feb. 13 for 11am. I had gone to where I thought they were as I'd been there once before to discover they had moved. When I got to their new place, I didn't see a sign outside the parking lot you had to register your plate number in a machine. The roads were bad and traffic was slow going and I was running a few min. late for the appt. at 11:05. Anyways, I was there about 50 minutes and went out and got a $65 ticket. I seen the doctor about 5-10 minutes. I am very disappointed the receptionist didn't inform me I had to register my plate number and now about half a days salary is gone on me and I was on my work break. I'm not even taking my son back to his follow up appt. because of what happened yesterday. Not a happy person today getting that ticket. I left a message with Indigo Parking yesterday and they didn't even return my call yet. read more
