I got up and walked through the back and front office, still no acknowledgment, and left. The day is almost over and I haven't heard from them. This was not a good start. Even if they are affordable, which I never got to find out, the only quality of care just isn't there. Why make an appt if you're not seen within a hour or at the very least someone come apologize for the wait and check on their patients. I am planning to spend a decent amount of money on this and expect decent care. I would recommend checking other places out and skipping this one.

I just want to take a moment to thank Breezy for being so patient and kind with me. I originally went in thinking I would have to get my tooth removed due to financial concerns and honestly, fear of needing a root canal. Breezy took her time with me, reassured me, and encouraged me to save my tooth by getting the root canal and crown instead. Because of her, I spoke with the office manager and was able to get on a payment plan that worked for my budget while still getting started the same day. When I went to the back, Breezy literally held my hand while I was being numbed and never left my side. That meant more to me than she probably knows. Her kindness and patience truly made a difference. I also want to thank Dr. Michael Wistrom, who performed my procedure--you were incredibly gentle, patient, and efficient. The procedure was quick and, most importantly, painless. As the numbness is wearing off, I feel great--no discomfort at all. As a busy mom, I was so nervous about the aftermath, but I honestly feel amazing. This experience gave me the confidence to move forward with completing the rest of my dental work. Breezy, you are truly special. You can tell when someone genuinely loves what they do, and it shows in your care. I pray you continue to be successful--you really touched me today. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, especially in this field. I can't wait to come back for my permanent crown. Thank you all again!
