Disappointed and Won't Be Returning I got a haircut from Stephanie. She was nice, but I asked for a cut that would take off the damage and remove weight from my long hair while keeping the length. Instead, I got maybe an inch off with minimal layers -- my hair felt the same, just slightly shorter. A few weeks later, it still feels heavy and dull, exactly what I was trying to avoid. To make it worse, when I asked if a small adjustment could be made, I was told I'd need to pay again. Seriously? That response was unprofessional and dismissive. Any good salon should stand behind their work, especially when the request is reasonable. It was also expensive for what it was -- definitely not worth it. And yes, I tipped well. They could've easily made it right and kept a loyal client -- instead, they lost one. Just be aware: if you're not thrilled right away, don't expect much effort to fix it. read more

Taylor o'conner the extension specialist should not be licensed to do Haiir. She charged me two times for the same crappy tape in extensions that completely fell out of my hair and I returned the hair to the shop. Yet she refuses to give any refund. I followed every care instruction she gave me, bought the hair product she recommended for best results with the tape ins yet they washed out in shower using the shampoo she sold me. I've had every type of extension in my hair and never have they ever fallen out of my hair. Do yourself a favor and find someone who actually knows how to do extensions. Don't go to Taylor. My Men's Haircut was done by Jessi! My current goal is to grow my hair out long. my hair is really thick, and I mean thick. In the past I had gone to beauty schools to help them get their practice, but it was finally time to go see a real professional. Jessi was so understanding as to what kind of haircut I wanted. Before the haircut, my hair was very uneven in different lengths, some parts had undercuts. Jessi evened all the undercuts, while still maintaining a long hairstyle. It was a wonderful experience as she also helped to thin out my hair by texturizing it with thinning shears, which I know is not easy with my hair. Taylor is an absolute hair magician! My very first time getting extensions I was nervous because I had always wanted them ,but didn't understand the process or know what to select. Taylor walked me through the entire process, giving price options, and suggesting length and color. Taylor has been able to pick out extension color for me that perfectly matches my hair and install it in a way that it looks natural, and feels good on my head. ( in fact I have been to dry bar and on MULTIPLE occasions I have been asked me where I got my extensions done because it is the best they have seen! The best part of my extension experience with Taylor is the amount of time she was able to "move up" my extensions without fully removing them. This process saved me time and money ,allowing me to go 9 months with simply moving my extensions up and not having to take them out. In that time my hair grew and was healthy when I removed them! Taylor is very transparent in her process and takes her time to make me feel like she really cares that I love my hair and feel good in my skin.
