We stayed in the deluxe queen studio. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. . It has a full kitchen and a full wall of windows overlooking the river! There was a great little deck with a table and chairs for eating breakfast and enjoying the view. The property had a great beach area with several nice spaces with canopies and chairs for guest to relax in. And plenty of space for all of the guests to enjoy . The River was clear and deep enough to swim in.. it was not very cold but was refreshing in the summer heat after a day spent up at the national parks. The room was wonderful . The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans utensils , dishes, etc. the beds were comfortable there were plenty of blankets and towels etc. The host was very welcoming and responsive when we reached out with questions and there were instructions, request, and a lot of good suggestions for enjoying our stay provided in a paper that was left in the room.. I would definitely recommend the spot, I plan to come back to visit the Area again and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else

It is a little on the pricier side, but it's definitely worth it for what you get. The amenities are excellent--parking is included, the pool area is very clean, and the fully equipped gym is a great bonus. The location is also a big plus, making it a convenient place to stay whether you're in town for business or leisure. Overall, a reliable and comfortable hotel that I'd continue to come back to.

He was extremely unhelpful, and the way he acted when the phone rang was absolutely absurd. When I showed him our reservation, all he said was, "Oh yeah, that's not here." He never bothered to explain that there was another Courtyard Marriott just down the street with almost the exact same name, minus "Clovis." Thankfully, we ended up at the correct location because the staff there was much nicer, more welcoming, and far more accommodating.

The instructions are there, it just took us a few minutes to figure it and watch the videos. Also if you are towards the back of the campground you will be happier if you pack light! We over packed..haha. He has food containers for each tent inside and out. The shower bathrooms are heated, clean and have a beautiful view. There were lots of yard games(pin pong, corn hole) hiking, a white wood movie screen, saunas, hammocks, an outdoor area to do yoga. AND best of all......it was dog friendly! The only CON. ...there is no ice at the campground or near by. The coolers are yeti which does help keep things cold, and the weather was still quite cold at night, so it wasn't truly an issue except to put into drinks I cannot wait to go back to Kenneth's property and spend more time. Kenneth was around and very knowledgeable. helpful. He was willing to help out and helped with anything we needed. This place was awesome and can't wait to return!

Eddie greeted us upon arrival and walked us around the area, showed us local sites, and gave us local secrets about the area. We found out about Bass Lake and never would have known what a great local place it is. We stayed in the Cedar room and it exceeded our expectations. The room was a good size, huge bathroom and little mini fridge. Double doors opened to the outside and we had the main door that opened to the hallway. Our room was at the very beginning so no noise at all. The AC was cool and the fan was quiet. We enjoyed the bed and breakfast concept and mingled with the other patrons while we were there. You like to watch cable in bed? yeah... every room comes with Satellite TV and flat screens. Like if this wasn't enough.. you have free wifi of course, a F1 grill if you like bbq'ing and a HUGE deck if you want to just sit down and stare at the beauty of the pine populated mountains. Super quiet place, clear skies... just 15 mins away from the entrance of Yosemite park. I think its a must to give this place a chance. Besides, Eddie the owner and host, its the most humble and most glowing soul you will ever meet, this guy puts his life and soul in this place and the whole energy of the cabin irradiates positivity and peace. He cares about making the experience for every single guest unique and special.
