I am sure this will come with a 4,200 word rebuttal because I am so terrible and difficult to work with like all who try to help others not make the mistakes we have hiring this business. This company is after money only and does shotty work..if you even get them to complete the work that you pay for. I never leave reviews but am beginning to as I hate the idea that unsuspecting people like myself get taken to the cleaners. The more expensive your build appears the more this contractor salivates. Not very skilled and most importantly definitely not honorable. Awful experience.

Jonathan's crew meticulously sanded each door, and then over the course of a couple days, applied several coats of UV spar. The doors now look like they are brand new! I highly recommend this company!

Jordan is very unprofessional in his behavior. During construction Jordan verbally abused one of our board members and two other owners who were present during a progress discussion. We had to ask him to leave the property. 2. Make sure if you use them that your plans are part of the details in the quote. We provided drawings and pictures with details documented. These were also submitted to the city and were approved as the details for the build. His bid ultimately did not reference this document which led to disputes on what was to be built. At one point we had to frame out one of the concrete walls ourselves to get the project done. 3. The concrete work is subpar. The main retaining wall, which was framed as a straight wall, is now curved. Their forms bulged during the setting process and they failed to correct it in time. The finish work, which was to be brushed concrete is a mess. Air pockets on the surface, deep form impressions and uneven surfaces is what we ended up with. When they came out to clean it up and make it right it just got worse. We paid them but I don't see us using them again unless they are willing to make it look like it should. Pictures don't lie.

All of my prior experience with contractors made me skeptical to higher someone that I did not know in Mammoth Lakes. I received his number from Home Advisor. For the first time in my 35 years of home remodel experience, I am surprised and delighted by Bill's work ethic, follow through, and quality of work. I hired Bill to remodel two bathrooms and install new flooring. Everything he said he would do, his time management, and availability to work within my time frame was stellar. I have never had a contractor who saw a project through to the end without a giant punch list that dragged on. He is responsive and thorough. He is neat and cleans up the project at the end of the day. I would highly recommend The Wright Remodel as a contractor who is knowledgable, reliable, and does excellent work.
