Jonathan, the company owner, came out to inspect the condition of the porches and provided us with a written estimate. The estimate was very detailed to include all of the prep work (power spray washing, scraping and sanding) and new paint. The crew arrived on the date promised and got the job done in two (2) days. They were very good at protecting adjacent wood surfaces and nearby objects (such as trees) with plastic tarps. The painting crew was very professional, efficient and experts in prep work and painting. They did a great job in cleaning up the site and even replaced and secured some equipment on the porch that I had to remove before they arrived. The job estimate was right on the mark and very reasonable. The painters that Jonathan has working for him are outstanding! We(Sierra Park Villas) contracted JDB for hardscape concrete retaining walls and some concrete…read morestairs. I do not recommend them for finish concrete work. 1. Jordan is very unprofessional in his behavior. During construction Jordan verbally abused one of our board members and two other owners who were present during a progress discussion. We had to ask him to leave the property. 2. Make sure if you use them that your plans are part of the details in the quote. We provided drawings and pictures with details documented. These were also submitted to the city and were approved as the details for the build. His bid ultimately did not reference this document which led to disputes on what was to be built. At one point we had to frame out one of the concrete walls ourselves to get the project done. 3. The concrete work is subpar. The main retaining wall, which was framed as a straight wall, is now curved. Their forms bulged during the setting process and they failed to correct it in time. The finish work, which was to be brushed concrete is a mess. Air pockets on the surface, deep form impressions and uneven surfaces is what we ended up with. When they came out to clean it up and make it right it just got worse. We paid them but I don't see us using them again unless they are willing to make it look like it should. Pictures don't lie.

The paint is pealing in our house and has been since six months after the job he never hung three of our doors forgot to seal our new kitchen sink which caused our new cabinets to warp and forgot to reinsulate our attic. He made changes to our wiring that we did not approve and I could not in all good consciousness recommend him to remodel our dog house.
