The Butter Chicken at Taste of India was perfect for me, almost no heat, just wonderful, rich, warm spices. Chicken was cooked to perfection. The naan was soft and light, great for scooping up the generous helping of sauce. The basmati rice was perfectly cooked. The lentils had a little heat but not too much. All of my portions were HUGE! Enough for an additional meal. I tried the Mango Lassi drink. It was like drinking a fresh mango. Indian food is known for its vegetarian selections and Taste of India is no exception.
