We get inside and the place is cramped 6 seats to a tiny table and the glasses were extremely dirty. Out of 6 glasses on the table only one of them was clean. I would give 2.5 out of 5 for their buffet on the day we went. Paneer mutter was very good, mixed veg was good but oily. Naan were also good as well. But raita was very sour (they should change the yogurt source if cultured in house), gajar halwa was kept in a electric slow cooker to keep it hot due to which the halwa tasted of burnt milk, custard was also not so great. We had a long day over in Canada and after waiting forever at the border crossing we were super excited to find a restaurant that was open at a later hour even on a Sunday. The food was amazing and flavourful. Even late into the night when we arrived, the kitchen was still providing fresh dishes and options for us to choose from. There was a strong local presence in the restaurant that made us feel we were at a family dinner, which is something that I love to look out for when finding a place to eat. None of the dishes we ordered were good, and they did not taste like those dishes usually do, and we eat Indian food frequently at many locations. Even the raita was odd. This little restaurant is exactly the place when you're craving Indian food! Unassuming building but inside you'll find a wonderful lady single-handedly making the best Indian food I've ever had. Prices are very reasonable for the portion size. 15$ will get you more food than two people can eat. The regular naan was amazing and the potato naan was even better. My family and took a chance on this this restaurant in Niagara december 19th. It is cozy punjabi style family restaurant and the food, the people and service were delightful, reasonably priced (~$60 for 6 people) was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience!. Unprofessional, rude staff. Should definitely not be a part of the hospitality industry. The one star and review is for the restaurant staff. Placed an order on Postmates. After 45 minutes got a call from the delivery person who said that the restaurant has told him they have canceled the order. They did not give any reason and it did not show as canceled on my end. On requesting to speak with someone from the restaurant he handed the phone to a lady who literally shouted on the phone. She was screaming so much that one could not even understand what she was saying. She didn't even listen to what I was trying to say. Delivery person said she was screaming at him too and rudely walking away when he tried to inquire what happened. The restaurant never canceled the order, did not hand the order to the delivery person. 3 other drivers were assigned the order out of which one more called and said the same thing. Finally was able to get a full refund after speaking with Postmates customer care. Even though I have heard good reviews about the food I will never be ordering from or eating from this restaurant after this experience. We came here for dinner today and I had to write a review. The buffet food was sooooo gooodddd. I really liked the fact that the food flavor was not watered down. The food had full flavor and it really did taste home cooked. The people running the place are sooo nice too! It looks like they actually care about their customers. Great service and tasty vegeterian food for affordable prices. Owner had a good awareness of food wastage and she worked with us on order educating us on the sizes of the entrees we had planned to order. On July 4th 2021 we went to Indian Kitchen King, Niagara Falls, NY for lunch. Food is ok. We had a bill of $53.58 and I added $5.00 tip. After 2 days when I check my credit card transaction and they charged $103.58 where they modified tip as $50.00 instead of $5.00. When I questioned then they apologized and saying that I may have swiped the card 2 times, but if I swipe card 2 times then there should be 2 transactions on my card. They did a partial reversal transaction for $50.00. They are intentionally doing fraud. Stay away from this restaurant. read more

Great home like food, friendly service, they deliver and the best part is they are open normal hours even in winter. We visited Niagara in late Jan, when winter was at peak and tourist population lowest. Most restaurants were closed for the season but this one operational and serving full menu. We ate Biryani & aloo parata for lunch, which was delicious. We wanted to pack something for dinner to not have to walk in the snow. They offered to and did deliver fresh hot food to our hotel instead of packing at noon and reheating, which was very kind. We ordered dinner from them today thru doordash. They sent us an incomplete order and refused to send out the missing food. Told us to call doordash, which all they did was credit my card for the total of the missing food. When speaking to the female that answered the phone at IKK, she was rude, told us the food was sent, and sounded like a Chinese refugee instead of an Indian person. The food was just amazing home cooked Indian food served with so much love. The lady had burnt her hand just a day before she was in the ER, and the next day when we came she still cooked for us and served us with love like we were her children. She must be very passionate about cooking. And the food was so good that we took a takeaway for the next day since we were leaving the area, and we enjoyed lunch the second day.
