Chicken Curry
Angel G.

The food was amazing. I think I found my favorite Indian restaurant. I asked them to make the chicken curry, especially hot, which is how I like it. They did a tremendous job. The food is delicious. The environment was very nice. The staff were very quick, but didn't overwhelm great service. Great food! Highly recommended.

Wow I did an uber eats didn't order anything fancy just butter chicken and garlic naan. This s&@t is GOOD! Whatever that lil cup with the bell pepper onion harissa salsa kind of thing is??? I'll tell you what it is.... Amazing I'm trying to make that. Anyway 10/10 can't wait to try more things

This is the WORST Paneer Tikka Masala I've ever tried from an Indian Restaurant. Luke warm, no spice, and no onions/peppers

I was excited to try this restaurant for the 1st time and it was a pretty big miss. The crunchy bread/onion sauce complimentary appetizer that was brought out was delicious and a very nice touch! I ordered the lentil soup and Paneer Tikka Masala (spice level hot). The soup was just okay, maybe a 3/5 star. I've had better but it wasn't "that bad". The Paneer Tikka Masala I was served was a DISASTER!!!! It had no bell peppers or onions at all in the gravy, even though the menu description included them. The sauce was Luke-Warm at best, and it had ZERO SPICE. After requesting a "hot spice level", no spice powder at all. The employees handled the situation graciously, which I really appreciate. I offered to pay for the soup and then leave the restaurant. Despite the kind gestures, serving a dish that bad is completely unacceptable. I've eaten at a LOT of Indian Restaurants and this had to be the worst Paneer Tikka Masala I've ever tried.

Always really good and the Rupee beer is so good. The best Indian restaurant in South Carolina

When in Rome We've been looking forward to coming back to this place since we left the last time we were in town. Hands down the best and most authentic Indian restaurant we've been too and we've been to many. Another 5 Stars and 3 Thumbs up from us.

The food was very good. The service was... hilariously bad. They didn't know how to open a bottle of wine. I'll leave it at that.

A nice local ice cream store that's great for a family outing…read more Clare's is in a small convenient area on East North Street. This good ice cream shop is in proximity to other restaurants that's ideal for dessert after a meal. Personally, I'd go in the summer time after a haircut (Julio's best barber in Greenville). Prices aren't bad at all. In 2025, anytime you can get ice cream for well under $10 is a win in my book. Quality of ice cream is good. Not the largest variety, but they have a seasonal menu. The honey lavender flavor is one of my favorites and one that I'd get the next time I go back. My only complaint is one time I went and they closed at 8:20pm when the sign says they close at 9pm. Perhaps it was a one time thing that it happened. Every time I've been, I've consistently seen young family present with their children. If you're looking for a family orientated place with well priced ice cream, this place is for you.

They make their own cones, at least some of them in house. They have banana splits and brownies, sundaes along with regular traditional scoop, and cups of ice cream. It can get pretty busy here from what I see so get ready for long lines. There is seating inside, but it can be limited if it's busy so just another FYI. Good prices. Good service.

I started with a Straffe Hendrik Quad, which was chefs kiss. It was a yummy treat to start the meal off with and be transported into being in Belgium. Not pictured was the charcuterie board and Brie appetizers that were all split and devoured. What was documented was the roasted duck breast with potatoes and asparagus. The duck was roasted perfectly with the skin, crispy for the texture and seasoned divinely. Yall the potatoes were crispy on the outside, well fluffy like little clouds inside, and had a punch of flavor. The asparagus was rich with a butter and lemon note. If a plate could sing! Zero notes. 10/10. My only draw back was I needed a pillow after the meal. Stuffed was I.

After completing the Swamp Rabbit trail in Greenville South Carolina, my family and I decided to…read moreexplore downtown Greenville walking the lively streets. I was in the mood for some homemade soft-serve ice cream. To our surprise we stumbled upon River Streets Sweets- an homemade candy and ice cream confectionery located in the heart of downtown Greenville. I was in Oh, with the desserts they had ranging from candy, fudge, chocolate covered apples, soft-serve ice cream, popcorn, nuts, chocolate covered pretzels/marshmallows, and so much more. Thankfully my family was there because I would have bought everything-it's a child's dream. At last I got the soft-serve ice cream I was craving all day. Let me tell you, the ice cream, gelato, and sorbet were truly homemade. To my surprise the prices were not as pricey considering they were in downtown Greenville. My family got two scoops in a cup costing $7.95 a single scoop is $4.95. The scoops are a decent size for the price you are paying. River Streets Sweets has some unique flavors that I have never heard of before, such as Bear Claw, Blueberry, Hazelnut Coffee Crunch, and Pink Grapefruit. They also serve Raspberry Sorbet sugar-free which is nice. My family decided to get Rocky Road and Bear Claw. The ice cream was so rich, creamy, and flavorful. It did not taste artificial like some ice creams in supermarkets. My whole family was pleased with the purchase. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the one member who was mending the ice cream section. She was so kind and energetic, letting my family sample the flavors before purchasing, which a lot of food businesses do not do. In addition, to my surprise, the store was huge, leaving plenty of space to walk around without running into other customers. The store was organized, making it easy to see all the yummy treats. There was no visible dirt or dust, the businesses looked polished. The only downfall would be the parking situation, since they are located in the heart of Greenville parking is limited. I would recommend walking and parking in a free or reduced parking area. The next time I am in downtown Greenville or around the area, I will be stopping by River Streets Sweets to indulge in some of their other sweet treats, such as their fudge and chocolate covered apples. I would recommend checking out River Streets Sweets if you are in the area.
