E.g. I find more European items at the Tsawwassen store and more Halal products at the North Vancouver store! Since they offer many self service check-out counters I have not used customer service and interact with the staff necessary, I don't know if that is a good thing or not but, we do get what we wanted most of the time! As for Ambiance, most stores offer bright and clean environments which makes shopping a little more enjoyable!

At least 10 customers waiting at each till. I didn't have a lot, 21 items, so I went through the express, self check out. The young women working that section were also surly and i guess they thought i had more than 25 items and they were giving me dirty looks, too. wtf? where did they find these miserable people? I got home and the stuff from the bakery were too stale to eat and I had to throw it out. The time before the half & half cream went off in 2 days. Who wants to waste their money and get treated poorly when yoi go to the store? These issues are a common occurrence. My friends & family don't have a positive things to say about this store and don't go anymore. Now I understand what they've complained about and it's not worth the hassle. Their employees probably get shit pay and they hate working there. This store has gone down hill over the past couple of years.
