I decided on purchasing an 'Omron brand' unit, and Walmart Pharmacy had one of their latest models -- the '10 Series Upper Arm' -- and I went for it. The unit has more features than I need, or will likely ever use, but after trying it, its basic features are 'on the mark', and what I wanted -- a good-viewing monitor unit, easy to use, and very well-fitting arm cuff, and an AC adapter included. I am happy I chose Walmart Pharmacy, and believe the product choice will serve me well.

I intended to buy this promotion box as a gift suggested by sales agent. the outer packaging displayed the products inside, and it appeared quite exquisite; however, the packaging was not transparent, so I relied on the image shown on the outer box. Despite the high price, the inclusion of a 50ml perfume made it seem acceptable. but, the redeem card was sealed inside of box, need to open the box to do the redeem, and need to pay before open it, made it is final sale. However, upon opening the box that evening, I was shocked to find that the products inside did not match what was depicted on the outer packaging. Instead, I found it is free simples, which I typically receive whenever I buy perfume. At that moment, I felt a deep sense of betrayal that words cannot fully express. No wonder why make you pay before open it and soon you open it you own it, and it is final sale. This is embarrassing and insulting gift to give to anyone. I have previously purchased similar mini perfume sets, and the outer packaging has always accurately represented the contents, either through transparent packaging or by the sales associate opening it for me to view. This was my first experience buying a mystery box from a major retailer, and I find it shocking that such practices exist in Canada. It feels like a breach of trust, manipulating customers in a manner that is simply unacceptable. A Friend told me it is false advertising, I should get my money back. Therefore, I have strongly request a refund for this purchase. I have been calling and calling to now, and following up emails, As I have not yet received any response, This issue has caused me considerable frustration, could anyone advice me on how this situation will be addressed?

It is a small store, poorly organized and alarmingly the person who answers the phone often can't find me in the system OR my prescription even though it is supposedly pending. I will be recommending to the neurologist who is referring his pt's here, to try an alternate location. The service is not adequate, and this also leads me to question if there are any quality concerns or safety with compounded meds. They MUST be done right or they can endanger your health. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy based on my experience over the past month. PS as a footnote to this entry...I have been awaiting this prescription and have given Jeffrey clearance to fill it since I will be paying for it . During this call, he had a Dr call and stated he would call me back. He called me back Monday evening and told me the prescript was still not filled and that I had 'been asking a lot of questions' which is not the case at all. PLEASE think twice about leaving compounding prescriptions here...I really, really question the safety and quality given the slow experiences I have had. I have used pharmacies for my family and myself, but have never experienced this before. Really disappointed and surprised...
