No wonder Pharmasave hasn't bit into the prescription market in the area. Not only are they efficient, they are also probably they nicest people I have come across in my pharmacy travels. What the important part is that they always have what I need lol! Didn't you all know it's all about me!!!

Never…read moremind other London drugs, but as I said keep up the great work discriminating because one day it's going to be a lawsuit. Oh I go into shoppers drug mart, and Walmart they don't treat me like a common criminal. Your store on the other hand every time i walk in. I wanted to buy three things but your security guard was following me so I dumped my stuff and left. I refuse to shop in a store that treats people with disabilities with such disrespect it's disgusting shameful and reflects poorly on not only your business but as a brand. You've already lost three stores and at the rate you're going I don't see how London Drugs is going to last. If HY Louie walked in and you had no idea who he was and he got treated like how you have treated me I can bet that the security guard would be fired. And on that note if you're going to respond with the same blasé response as last time about theft prevention. I HAVE MONEY to spend. I don't steal, and I had every intention of paying for the items. In fact I went to the store on Granville and they don't do this to me. Why because the manager actually cares, which it seems like your employees not so much. So in closing waiting for your company to make changes is like waiting for rain in a drought useless and disappointing, because it will never change. And yet again you deserve zero stars but yelp forces me to give it anyways. And on another note perhaps they need a nice heaping dose of karma have someone discriminate against them because of their skin, oh then it would be called racism? Maybe then he'd learn. Well what your company does is called ableism. But there is no point in beating a dead horse because it's pretty obvious that you don't care, so I'll gladly be taking my money elsewhere because I can choose to discriminate where I spend my money and it most certainly won't be at any store owned by HY Louie anywhere in Canada. Poor service, poor selection, poor value, all equal a formal that eventually will lead to more of your stores being closed down because of how bad your company has become, you used to have an excellent service reputation but now that's a total farce in my opinion. You won't see me again because it's pretty blatantly obvious that you don't care, is this the automated lip service that you give now? It's no surprise that your company got sued by one of your own employees. So good bye London drugs you're a disgusting company. NEVER EVER Again you couldn't pay me all the tea in china to shop in your pathetic excuse of a store. So no I'll walk by your store and rub your noses in the dirt with all the stuff I bought elsewhere. If that guard ever walked into my store I'd do the exact same thing to him and make him feel so uncomfortable he'd never want to come back. We're done! I'm tired of complaining and getting nowhere with you so I gladly go shop at the shoppers drug mart on Granville street they don't harass me. Don't bother replying because we know that London drugs doesn't give a damn about its customers you only care about the money one of the many reasons your business is slowly losing money and shutting down.

I told her I would wait in the car. after 10 minutes I went back in the store and I told her I find this pharmacy very disorganized. she then told me that she would not fill my prescription and that if I wanted my meds that I could transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. so I went to another pharmacy and had everything transferred to them with no problem. I am very glad that I made the transfer because I have been having many problems with pharmasave. when I phoned in to refill my medication in the past most of the time they were short one of my meds and I would have to return another day. this was very inconvenient for me as I live out of town. This pharmacy is the willow park pharmasave in Leduc, Alberta. To make sure that I would get all my meds at the same time, I would phone in my refills a week ahead of time but this time was the last straw. they have very poor service and nobody there cares. in the fall, I went for my flu shot and I was told that there was no pharmacist available for a half hour because he was on a break. so I had to go to another pharmacy to get my shot. I am so very glad that I made the move to a more organized pharmacy and do not have to deal with them any more. I highly recommend not to go to this pharmacy because first of all, they do not care for their patients and they are very rude.

After being told that a Rx had been filled, I arrived to find out it hadn't been: they didn't have ENOUGH IN STOCK and would have to order more. "Come back tomorrow." 4a. SDMart employees ENTERED WRONG dates several times on one Rx, so when a six-month supply was requested, the insurance company said it wouldn't cover the cost. 4b. As a result, the cost to me was reduced to $280: a rather significant difference! Sooooo frustrating!
