Pharmacy: 2/5 Post office: 4/5…read moreCashiers: 4/5 Wheelchair accessible: 4/5 I think the pharmacy staff at this location are either new or aren't familiar with certain medicines and injuries/illnesses. I went in looking for a common itch/burn cream for my (healed) skin graft donor site because I CANNOT sleep well due to the itchiness. The pharmacist said he seriously could not help me because he didn't know anything about skin grafts. I showed him the almost healed site and explained I normally put vaseline or lotion on it and it's basically just like road rash, that the doctors have okayed it for anything ("treat it like normal skin")- and that my dad used burn cream on his skin grafts to stop the itching. He just insisted he couldn't help. My boyfriend wasn't too pleased with him but I tried to understand that perhaps the pharmacist just felt uncomfortable. Other times I've gone to put prescriptions in I'm given an ETA for pickup and it isnt quite ready. Not always, but certainly a few times. Otherwise, I love the little post office there. Straight forward, easily accessible. The rest of the store is all right, gets you what you need especially if you're stopping in after grocery store hours.

Apparently the sales person didn't mark the stuff on sale when the face wash was in fact on sale. The flyer had an old picture of the brand / picture of the facewash and the guy was like not that one when everything else matches. It wasn't a big deal because we later went to Superstore and the sale price at shopper was really Superstore regular price. I mean it was basically the regular price at everywhere else. The guy at the cashier was so weird. He would talk non stop. I mean lecture non stop. He asked us if we have shoppers card. B held up his PC credit card and then he was like yes that is your shoppers optimum card and he went on talking about Shoppers and Superstore is one company. We know it belongs to Loblaw but we really don't have time to listen to him talk. He continue talking and we were like OMG. This casher must not have a life outside. Probably doesn't have any friends. We are not into talking to any strangers especially during the Pandemic. Plus we were in a rush. It was 9ish already and we need to head to Superstore and they close at 10 pm

This Pharmasave location is absolutely amazing for pet care. My cat had just been diagnosed with…read morecancer and our vet thought it would be faster to get a prescription filled for Chlorambucil (chemotherapy) at a pharmacy as he wanted Mondy to start treatment right away. After searching many pharmacy locations in the lower mainland for Chlorambucil without any luck for Mondy this pharmacy came through. This Pharmasave location specializes in Veterinary Medicine and carries medications and supplements to help keep our pets healthy and happy. I met with pharmacist, Fred Cheng and he was great. He went above and beyond to provide me with all of the information and advice that I needed with regards to Chlorambucil, treatment for possible symptoms while going through chemotherapy and post treatment. He provided me with his sister, Christine Cheng's business card who is also a pharmacist at this location and told me that if I have any questions to either contact him or his sister via phone, email or social media. I walked out of there so thankful for meeting someone who was so kind and helpful during such a difficult time for me. If ever there is a time in the future that I need veterinary medicine for one of my pets I will definitely make the trip out to Cloverdale just for the expertise and knowledge of the pharmacist team at this location.
