I asked why and she told me her providers are so booked in advance I should just try somewhere else and hung up. I'm sure the providers here are lovely but you seriously need a new receptionist. The referral location repeatedly said they never received the referral, and I had to call four separate times to get it resent. After nine months of trying, I finally got the HSG done elsewhere. Since then, I have been rescheduled five times for a PCT test. Every cancellation has been the day of or the day before, despite the test requiring strict timing and time off work. I even arranged with my employer to adjust my schedule for a last-minute change, and that appointment was also canceled. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially for patients dealing with time-sensitive fertility testing. It is clear this practice cannot reliably manage appointments or support patients through an already stressful process. I will be seeking care elsewhere and would caution others to be aware of these repeated issues.

Currently one day shy of 37 weeks pregnant with my first and so far have no regrets in choosing AWC. I chose Dr. Doan and she has been very pleasant and kind throughout the course of my visits, and very attentive to my care. On days I can't get in with her I see NP Rachel who is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend visiting her for any checkup, but be warned she is so well liked and always busy spending as much time with each patient as possible she is often running behind. I haven't minded the wait though. She's worth it. The receptionists have always been friendly and helpful, and willing to answer any questions. Any time I've had an after hours question I submitted it through the patient portal online and received a call back the following day. Heck, even the lab tech (contracted through Quest Diagnostics) who was always the one to draw my blood was amazing. So sweet, fast, friendly, and well skilled. Every draw was virtually pain free. I'm honestly puzzled by those leaving the bad reviews because my experience has been the complete opposite of theirs. Then again, my review is based on multiple/regular visits - taking them all into account - instead of being based on a single/isolated visit.
