We have been using them for a few months so this review is not just for a one time yard work/ landscaping. The way they meticulously clean, organize and set up your yard shows they value their work more than just making money. They are also very very reasonable when compared to other companies and trust me we have tried at least 4 of them in the past several year with satisfaction not even close to this company. Times are difficult but it makes me happy that are still very honest, hardworking people who want to make their work shine and not just do it for $$. Unfortunately, due to such a busy schedule, I was not able to do the work myself. However, I started looking around and I came into contact with Jeremy / South Side Specialties (SSS) via Yelp. I had multiple estimates for a pressure treated retaining wall, three drain pipes, a low level deck tear down, river rock/flagstone and artificial grass install. From day one, I knew he was going to be the company I went with. He was super professional, came in at a fair price, completed the project quickly with a very professional/knowledgeable staff and has been amazing to work with on the back end. He was so good, I recommended him to my parents for a massive hardscape project and to my homeowners association for some tree work our community needs completed. We had no issues with Jeremy / SSS at all. A lot of companies don't really care about you once the check is cashed and the project is completed, but not Jeremy. Throughout working with Jeremy on my home project, he had found out that my grandfather was very ill (eventually passed away). Approximately two weeks after the project was completed and paid for, Jeremy gave me a ring and left me a voicemail checking in on my family and I to see how we were holding up. You have no idea what that meant to us - he's an absolute professional with a big heart and amazing customer service. Jeremy and SSS have my highest recommendation I can give them!
