Not once did I feel like the process was a burden. Saint's estimate was very competitive; however, we received a similar estimate from a contractor we had used previously for a lot of work and were familiar with their work product. Because of my positive experience with Saint for this estimate, I'll be saving them to reach out to for future projects. They were prompt to respond to my request for quote, detailed in their quote and responsive to all of my questions. When the work began, I noticed right away that they were very detail oriented, and hard working. And they conscientiously cleaned up at the end of each day. I had a family emergency mid-way through construction and they were so patient as we had to do some collaboration virtually and get creative with access to the property. The onsite team gave me very good advice on several things to adjust, small changes to the plan that overall really made a difference -- these weren't "upselling" which sometimes occurs, but just them giving advice based on their experience.
