So in the end we were paid $2200 for the carpeting we will be paying over $8000 to replace. As a final insult, I asked management to refund the $980 we had paid to have our carpeting destroyed and they said it would be in the mail shortly. After two weeks with no payment forthcoming, I called both ownership and management and, shockingly, no one will now answer or return my calls.
