They did such a fantastic job that we continued with their services every other week at that property. They are fairly flexible with scheduling when we've had odd issues arise. They also took care to always pay attention to issues (hard water build-up) that annoy me. All I have to do is mention a concern, and I know one or both of the guys will remember to deal with it during every visit. Al and Elijah also cleaned our home for us, which was undergoing a renovation. They cleaned between a few phases and did a stellar job doing a massive clean up when we got ready to sell that home & needed the real estate pictures done. They also did the make ready cleaning and fixed some small items for us that were required as part of the sale. We've since moved to the out of the area & were wary of hiring anyone here. We knew we wouldn't be able to find anyone that we trusted as much. The guys have gone out of their way to drive all the way out here a few times to help with some maintenance items that were bugging me (taking down & patching pesky nails, installing black out curtains, tuning up my very loud garage door, etc.), as well as provide the make-ready cleaning. They've made this part of a stressful move stress free! I would highly recommend them.

Fabio gave a competitive estimate, but after he saw what had occurred, he recommended I add pet stain remover and scotch guard. So the price went up quite significantly, but still about a third the last cleaners had charged me and left the excess water. Nevertheless, given his track record as expressed in prior Yelp reviews, I thought I'd give him a chance. The carpet looked great when he finished, and it dried a lot faster than the last cleaner's efforts. So, fingers crossed--one week after his visit and no stains reappearing, and the carpet still looks good. So far I'd say I spent a whole lot less than prior cleaners and the results are better. Thank you Fabio!
