Great company. The person answering my phone call was always very friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule a few times due to complications with my move but they were very accommodating and understanding. Terry did my apartment carpet...he was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to do the job. This was my first time getting carpet cleaners and definitely exceeded my expectation. read more

I don't usually Yelp retail businesses, restaurants are my mainstay... however, Enrique from Beyer Carpet Cleaning did a phenomenal job. We have 4 dogs with a cream-colored fabric couch with 2 accompanied chairs. That was my main purpose in calling Beyer, and they look new again! But here is what impressed me, on a Fiesta, Friday evening, he stayed until just after 8:30pm to complete the entire job (which also included 16 patio cushions) done properly! At Beyer you can request who you want... make sure to ask for Enrique. read more

WOW! I had my carpets cleaned last year by a different company- and at the time was satisfied...until seeing my carpets today after having them done by Enrique S. from Beyer Carpet Cleaning!! From the beginning they have impressed me. I booked online and actually overpriced myself. The company called me, asked me several questions, and lowered the price. I felt this was very honest. The day of service, Enrique was on time, courteous and friendly! He was very knowledgeable about the products, and took time to explain things to me. He was professional, and fast. The process was quick, and the results were phenomenal! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you! read more

Enrique came out to my house today and did a fantastic job. I had used Beyer Carpet cleaning about 3 years ago and they did a fantastic job then. I hadn't had my carpets done since then and needless to say that they were in desperate need of a clean. I had one room that needed pet treatment and it's a completely different room now. Enrique was kind, courteous, patient, and thorough. When I was vacuuming my house before the cleaning, my vacuum cleaner stopped working and I had to borrow my neighbor's. It put me behind schedule. I let Enrique know when he called to tell me he was on his way. He gave me plenty of time to do what I needed to do before the cleaning. Thank you for a job well-done. I'll be sure to keep my regular yearly cleanings. read more

My wife really wanted our carpet cleaned throughout the house and we had been searching for a company to come out to our home on the far west side. After calling multiple companies to compare prices and online reviews we settled on Beyer and they did a fantastic job! The cost was very good and Eli our cleaner was really professional. He was even able to get out a stain from an unfortunate olive oil spill! Would recommend them highly to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Key points - great price, fantastic service, and even better results! read more

Our carpet was full of stains thanks to lit little dachshund. I mean it literally looked like a cheetah floor with all the spots. They came by early (our window was 10am-12pm) the guy arrived by 10:30. He did the most amazing job and was very informative with what we should do after he left. He told us to wait until the carpet completely dry before putting any furniture back or the bottom woods pieces of the furniture would stain the carpet. Also reminded us to be careful on the stairs as some people have slipped from the wet carpet. I will definitely use this company again for another clean before I move out of this house. Great customer service and amazing job!! read more

This is the worse carpet cleaning in San Antonio Texas. Please DO NOT call this people, Adam the technician is a lazy person that don't know what's he's doing, and when you ask him for a question he tries to avoid them, he left my carpet more dirty then it was. I call to the owner JOSEPH to give him my complaint, he is a totally uneducated person very rude. DON'T CALL THIS PEOPLE FOR SERVICE!!! I only giving you one star because that is the only way that I can leave my review. read more

Great customer service and courteous technicians. The day of the service they were early but they did call me first to see if I was ready for them. They were able to remove some tough stains and remove pet odor. I was very pleased and I would recommend this small company. read more

Adam cleaned my carpet today and I am very pleased with the service from the receptionist when I called to the tech. They have the best equipment and carpet dried completely in abt 4 hours. I saw a review that didn't like giving their credit card, that's to prevent people from changing their mind. I totally understand. They have to pay and coordinate people. read more

These guys were awesome. Super fast and VERY reasonable price. But the best part is the quality of the cleaning they did. The carpets looked brand new after they were done. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs cleaning services. Tried to schedule an appointment but changed my mind after to speaking to rep. They are a small company and wanted my credit card over the phone so that if I made a last minute change to my appointment, they could charge me $99. I found that policy to be ridiculous and decided to go with a better know company for the same price. read more

Excellent job. They had evening appointments which us a big plus. My carpets look great!!

One of the BEST, very PROFESSIONAL Carpet Cleaning Services. I'm a Realtor, I needed the carpets clean for a home I was listing. The owner asked me to take care of it for her. So I called around 4 other carpet cleaning companies in San Antonio, Beyer Carpet Cleaning was the the only company able to accommodate me that day and was the less expensive one. If you want good service and clean carpets. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEYER CARPET CLEANING. Realtor Approved. read more

Beyer Carpet Cleaning Services came to my house exactly when scheduled and went over all the options first. No high pressure selling, just what I needed for my carpet cleaning. The entire process did not take as long as I had first thought, and the results were amazing! My floors look so clean, and smell so good, hard to believe I sometimes have seven dogs inside, all shedding at some point. Josh was very professional, and made every effort to get up spots and stains. I will certainly use Beyer for future cleaning. read more

Just had my carpets cleaned in my house by Beyer Carpet Cleaning. I would like to say that they are a great company here in the San Antonio area. The first person I spoke to regarding service was Josh and he was very helpful and spent time with me on the phone explaining the process to me. He also answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was being bothersome to him. I did read several reviews before calling Beyer and I have to agrees that they do excellent work. The technician Eli came to the home and walked the entire home to me and explained the process. He also provided me with the total coast of the service before starting the job. He never tried to upsell or pressure me into other services. I did ask about protecting my carpets and he suggested a scotch guard coat for the high traffic areas and gave me a discount. I would like to say thank you to Josh and Eli for superior customer service and anyone who needs their carpets cleaned should look no further than Beyer Carpet Cleaning. read more
