I write this review of Royal Restrooms to make three points…read more First and most important, wow. I have been inside a facility, portable and temporary, from this vendor more than once. There is a local non profit that uses them for their events. I took a photo. You would not have any idea, if you were blindfolded and led into the unit, that it is portable and temporary. You would be in a guest in somebody's home, a nice one. I run half marathons. I use porta potties all the time. I have never seen anything such as this at any event with huge numbers of attendees. That is too bad. This exudes class. That might seem odd to say about this specific type of amenity. You have to see it to believe it. I am sure the cost is not the same, but if you experience the luxury you likely would agree that there is not even a family resemblance between this offering and the typical unit. Second, I would like to praise event planners. They are the customer who would specify this vendor. I participate in many functions. I believe event planners are not appreciated enough. I'd like to remedy that. To put together a formal gathering is not easy at all. The better you are, the less anyone notices. So I want to take this opportunity say thanks. Third, I would like to point out how Yelp is for much more than restaurant reviews. I was chatting with a work friend. She had no idea that there was anything else on this platform. I have enjoyed posting remarks. I am glad that Yelp can be a repository for commentary on any business. I rely on it for recommendations. In my contributions, I hope to make the world a better place, if only through a note about high end lavatories. There is so much else in the world people disagree about. Perhaps this can be a subject suitable for consensus.

He also serviced them in the middle of our three day rental which was great because we didn't need to do anything - he took care of everything. I connected with Stacy and Linda over email and they were both extremely helpful when I was making the decision of which trailer to rent. I would definitely recommend Royal Restrooms. They have great customer service and are very easy to work with.

Pablo and Brandon arrived for my water heater's annual maintenance and flush. Because the…read more4-year-old heater needed a new anode rod, they had to fully drain it and remove it from the pedestal stand to swap it out. It definitely needed the replacement, and they got everything reinstalled and flushed efficiently. This was on a Thursday, and Friday was the July 4th holiday. Later that night, my smart water leak sensor on top of the heater triggered a "wet" alert. I went out to the garage and noticed a small leak on the cold-side nipple. I called right away, spoke with their automated assistant, and got scheduled for Sunday morning. Not wanting to wait three days over the holiday weekend, I decided to tackle it myself. I purchased a new hose line, partially drained the tank, and inspected the existing gasket, which looked worn. After cleaning the threads and applying a little faucet grease to the washer, I hooked it back up--no more leaks! Just as I finished the DIY fix, Amanda from Mike Council Plumbing called to proactively upgrade my appointment and send a tech out first thing Saturday morning. The next day, Pablo also called, he or Brandon are fully ready to come out and take care of it. I let them know I had already managed to fix it, and both of them advised me to monitor the connection and call if anything changed. Amanda canceled the Sunday appointment made by the bot. I really appreciate the proactive approach from the Mike Counsil team on a major holiday weekend. I was a bit too quick to assume I'd be stuck waiting three days, but their team stepped up immediately. Pablo, Brandon, and Amanda excel in excellence! High recommended.

Kitchen drain clog. Googled and called them (I fell for the $54 special, my fault. Although to…read moretheir credit they didn't charge me for the service). The guy came and opened the P trap under my sink. Then he starts snaking it. But that was too short to clean the drain; and when he put things back together; guess what. His rough snaking process messed up the p trap thats now causing a leak! He says that he'll need $625 to fix the leak! He said he'll come back the next day. Next day he comes with his boss. They do a bunch of assessments and say $1500 to clear the clog and $625 to fix the leak! And they gave me 2-3 options to redo plumbing in the kitchen area; $6k-$12k. When I say that you caused a new problem (leak); they don't agree that it's their fault. They're like - you're going to fix the leak one way or the other. I even offered $250 to fix the leak; but they wanted $625. (Leave aside the 1500$ to flush the drain etc) I told them that I'd be calling another company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

Ray was able to give me a detailed breakdown of what he would do without damaging the sidewalk and a projected cost. I did ask him if I could get a better quote since he was a bit higher than the other quotes I was given and that I wanted to do the work with him because I felt comfortable with his planning and explanation of the project. He ended up working with me on the price because I gave him some flexibility with timing. It was worth it to pay a little more to get that peace of mind and he threw in a couple of exterior spigot upgrades as well (that I didn't even know to bring up).
