I write this review of Royal Restrooms to make three points. First and most important, wow. I have been inside a facility, portable and temporary, from this vendor more than once. There is a local non profit that uses them for their events. I took a photo. You would not have any idea, if you were blindfolded and led into the unit, that it is portable and temporary. You would be in a guest in somebody's home, a nice one. I run half marathons. I use porta potties all the time. I have never seen anything such as this at any event with huge numbers of attendees. That is too bad. This exudes class. That might seem odd to say about this specific type of amenity. You have to see it to believe it. I am sure the cost is not the same, but if you experience the luxury you likely would agree that there is not even a family resemblance between this offering and the typical unit. Second, I would like to praise event planners. They are the customer who would specify this vendor. I participate in many functions. I believe event planners are not appreciated enough. I'd like to remedy that. To put together a formal gathering is not easy at all. The better you are, the less anyone notices. So I want to take this opportunity say thanks. Third, I would like to point out how Yelp is for much more than restaurant reviews. I was chatting with a work friend. She had no idea that there was anything else on this platform. I have enjoyed posting remarks. I am glad that Yelp can be a repository for commentary on any business. I rely on it for recommendations. In my contributions, I hope to make the world a better place, if only through a note about high end lavatories. There is so much else in the world people disagree about. Perhaps this can be a subject suitable for consensus. read more

I booked Royal Restrooms for the weekend of my wedding and I was so happy with their services! The restrooms were dropped off right at the start of the window they gave me and they were extremely clean. Bryan was so friendly when dropping them off and giving us a walk through. He also serviced them in the middle of our three day rental which was great because we didn't need to do anything - he took care of everything. I connected with Stacy and Linda over email and they were both extremely helpful when I was making the decision of which trailer to rent. I would definitely recommend Royal Restrooms. They have great customer service and are very easy to work with. read more

Royal Restrooms are amazing! I had tried to book with two other companies who were so unresponsive. But Royal contacted me right away after I filled out their online form. When we were discussing the venue and needs, they emailed me right away and were patient as I confirmed details of the venue. Royal called me the day of drop off to give me a time. They walked through set up and instructions and were so thoughtful and respectful of us and the property. Even guests commented on how nice the facilities were! Pickup was even easier as the driver came to let us know they were there and then thanked us as they took it away. I definitely recommend using Royal for your restroom needs. read more

Our family has used this company for bathroom rentals for big private events on our property as the house is on septic and can't quite handle a big event like that. Most recently I booked them for my wedding. They were great to work with. Simple and straightforward process, good value for what we got. We rented a 2 stall bathroom for a 90 person wedding. Bathrooms were clean and worked great. Drop off and pickup was smooth, they even travelled a bit of a distance for the service. The employees were polite and friendly. We will continue to book with them again and recommend them! read more

Great customer service, response time, and no headaches whatsoever on the setup or removal. Bathrooms were spotless and the perfect level of fancy for our wedding. read more

My fiancée (now wife!) and I were looking for higher end portable restrooms for our micro-wedding and we are so happy we came across Royal Restrooms. They had many selections of high end portable restrooms and the pricing seemed very reasonable - especially since they had options of having generators and water tanks so that we really only needed to provide a parking space for the restroom trailer and nothing else. There was a small mixup with the delivery date, but Rob and Kristy at Royal Restrooms made it right and we were so happy and blessed that they did so. The setup and operation of the restroom was very smooth and our guests all raved about how fancy the restroom was (they even had AC in them!). We will definitely be using Royal Restrooms again whenever we need a portable restroom for any event! Thank you so much Rob, Kristy, and team!! read more

Erika with Royal Restrooms was extremely helpful and enjoyable to work with! She was quick to respond, answered my many questions and was very kind. I really enjoyed the customer service she showed me! read more

Kym and Chris have been amazing to work with over the past few months. Whenever we needed anything, they were just a phone call away. No request was too big or too small. They provided stellar customer service, professionalism, and are the example to follow for others in the industry. We would recommend them to anyone needing short or long term portable restroom services over all others. They truly are the best in the business. read more

I highly recommend royal restrooms. The staff was professional from beginning to end (ha! Pun intended) My guests were highly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Most importantly, I didn't have to stress about any of it which made the day just perfect! read more

Rented a small two bathroom trailer for my wedding, best decision ever. Worth every penny. Bathrooms were clean and elegant and functioned well. Delivery guy was super nice and friendly, as well as extremely accommodating and informative. He moved the trailer several times until the placement was perfect. read more

I had my wedding last month in Stockton and it was in a huge backyard. I needed bathrooms that were nicer and cleaner compared to regular porta potties. Royal Restrooms was amazing and my guests were so surprised. I loved how quick they responded via email & the trailers exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company! read more

We rented restrooms from you for our Aug. 11 wedding (Bella Vista Ranch)...I wanted to say thank you so much for such an amazing service. Joel was fantastic!! Super helpful! Showed up on time for delivery and pickup, and just an incredibly friendly person. I can't give him enough praise...in all the chaos of the day and cleanup the day after, Joel is someone that truly stands out. You are lucky to have him representing your organization! In all the wedding planning and preparation we didn't even consider that the restrooms would be one of the 'big hits' of the wedding. We all received numerous compliments including (in order of relevance): 1. Those are the nicest restrooms I've ever used! 2. Um, did you know there's artwork in the restrooms, those are incredible! 3. Did you have any wedding cake yet? (Me responding, 'no')...Well, did you try the mints in the restroom yet?? Just all around very positive experience! We couldn't be more grateful! (Did I mention how great Joel was yet? Fantastic!!) read more

Best service for my wedding! Cleaned and well maintained!! You won't be disappointed with their service.

If you are like me and avoid public restrooms, especially portable potties..let me say that Royal Restrooms changed my perspective. I attended a party where they had one of their trailer: 1 men and 2 women doors. As I walked up the ramp, I opened the door to be delighted by a cozy ambiance and the sound of a movie playing on a flat screen! Then I noticed an orchid on the counter along with mints (or chocolates, not sure...I didn't take any but they had the company's logo on it). I can't believe that I'm writing a review about Restrooms, but definitely worth to be acknowledged that portable potties don't look or smell like that: this should be the standard for all public and outdoor restrooms!! Royal Restrooms truly gives you a royal experience, the details in the trailer that I saw shows the company's level of dedication and the quality of their products. Thank you!! read more

Super nice, clean and air conditioned! The team were great communicators and made the whole process easy including delivery and set up. They took great care to ensure the unit was set up safely and placed exactly where we wanted it. Our guests at our backyard wedding felt cared for and even complimented how comfortable it was to use the port-a potties. They also enjoyed the mints! read more

Royal Restrooms went above and beyond! I can not believe how nice the bathrooms were! Everyone loved them!! Thank you Royal Restrooms!!

Nicest potties for doing your business; had the experience of touring one of their portable recreational vehicles and dangerously posh for a portable loo. I regret that on moral grounds, I just cannot award five stars to a porta-potty, no matter now nice the formica counters appear. read more

i rented these mobile restrooms for my wedding that was "off the grid", literally on a mountain top. We could not have had our party without them. EVERYONE loved the trailers, we went with the highest end and it was great out in the middle of nowhere. People are still complimenting us on choice of restrooms. The team was great to work with, responding to all our questions in a timely and professional manner. They made it so easy. I will be calling them again for sure. Thank you! read more

Royal Restrooms - Portable Toilet Services Near Me

We can't say enough about the professional service we here at One Mind get from Royal Restrooms. We've been using them for over 10 years for our annual event, without issue. The past few years we've hired an attendant to keep an eye on the restrooms for the day and this year Joel was the MAN! He was awesome and took care of every detail with his pro, not re, active manner. Came early and stayed late too! Royal Restrooms gets 5 stars because they deserve it and we look forward to working with them again. read more

The most impressive service I've seen in a long time. When you have a small child going to a public restroom is terrible... Royal Restrooms was at our company picnic and I have to say it was noticeably impressive. I don't know the details of your service or what's involved but as a father of a little girl I just have to say thank you. Clean, elegant and sanitary... it was like going inside a nice restaurant and using the facilities without the awkward stigma. So impressive, I don't know what the company paid but in my humble opinion it was worth every penny. read more

So happy we went with Royal Restrooms for our wedding, which took place on our property. These are by far the nicest portable restrooms I've ever seen- and our guests were saying the same all day. They don't even look like portable restrooms from the inside. The rep I worked with was awesome (Becky is her name) and should we ever again need to rent portable bathrooms we will only use Royal Restrooms! read more

They walked us through the process, helped us figure out that we needed a self-contained restroom for our winery wedding. It felt a little expensive, but they're the only ones that do this around here and we were really glad we got it when all the guests arrive. They dropped it off on time & they picked it up on time. I personally never saw worker but everything went without a flaw. read more

Wow! 5 star service, clean beautiful restrooms, they call ahead and deliver when they say they will, they go way out of their way to explain everything and make sure we were happy. The delivery guys could not have been more helpful or sweeter. The same guys that delivered picked up. Same timely and friendly service. Why can't every business be like this? A+ operation!! read more

Royal Restrooms - Portable Toilet Services Near Me

I had the honor of helping with my little brothers wedding. One problem we had was the bathroom situation for such a huge number of guests. So I did some research and found this company. I was sooo pleased with the bathrooms and the person I dealt with named Rich had the best customer services ever!! I would totally recommend this company and the funny thing was the guests couldn't say enough about the bathrooms :) read more

The owners are great along with the staff. I think these are the nicest restroom on wheels and they have sinks, music and heater or air if needed. I use them for our events whenever I can and recommend for everyone to check them out. They are also Livermore Chamber Members which is a plus...great job guys... read more

We hired Royal Restrooms for our garden wedding, and from the moment we first called, they were wonderful! Someone always picked up the phone, and they were right on top of everything. The staff at RR was friendly, efficient, and they did everything they said they would. The trailer was delivered right on time, and picked up without any problem. And, if you really want to impress your guests at an outdoor event, a royal restroom is a must. People are still talking about it! The trailer was super clean, and beautifully decorated, with hard wood, granite countertops, and they even had music in the stalls! The trailers have a modern airstream appeal, so they are attractive, and look nothing like port-o-potty from the outside. You guys rock! Thank you!!! read more

I was working on an event that needed two restrooms at the last minute. Literally got the request at 3pm on a Saturday and needed to have them first thing on Monday morning. Royal Restrooms were not only the only one to pick up their phone on a Saturday, but provided fast quotes, and phenomenal customer service. Delivery drivers were fantastic, easily navagating SF traffic around Moscone as well as surly Teamsters & Stagehands. The restroom trailers (double stalls) were in great shape, and everyone was pleased to say the least. Will absolutely call them again in the future. read more

Yep I am going to yelp a portapotty business! Why - because these were the nicest ones I have ever been in. There was music, hardwood floors, large mirrors, artwork hanging in each room. Everyone at the winery loved it and I made sure to take their cards so I can book them for my next event : ) read more

I've had the pleasure enjoying Royal Restrooms at several events over the years. Each time, I am so impressed. Not only are the restrooms clean and spacious, they have beautiful details like fresh flowers, marble counter-tops. nice background music, a/c...You can't call these porta-potties. The owners are a wonderful family who get involved in local charity and take pride in providing a great service. read more

Recently used a "Royal Restroom" that was contracted by Broadway San Jose. Literally as good as it gets for a supplemental, clean, functional and all around nice facility. Didn't feel like a portable facility at all. Roomy and accommodating for all sorts of occasions. Felt like a real brick n' mortar restroom. Excellent appearance. Soap and the flow of water is quite generous. If you need portable facilities for an event, go with this operation! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Had a large gathering for my daughters wedding at my house. Our bathrooms were not practical for he number of guests. We Weren't sure our lines could handle the increased volume or if our house could handle the numbers walking in and out. The unsung hero's of the night. Angel was on time the morning of the big event, set up the unit and explained all the features. Came promptly the next day and picked it up. The expense was well worth the peace of mind. read more

We have used Royal Restrooms at our annual event for several years and cannot say enough about their product and service! The restrooms are clean and pleasant and whenever there is a problem there is always someone on the other end of the phone that is friendly and helpful and ready to solve any problem! It's always a little more complicated to plan a wedding at a house because you have to hire additional vendors and one of them being restrooms. My client was a little hesitant to rent one, but after it was dropped off he was very happy. The 2 bathroom stalls where in great condition and not once did we have an issue. The guests were very impressed and happy they where not your "ordinary blue game stalls". I would highly invest the extra money to have good quality restrooms for any wedding being held at your house. read more

We just had our wedding over the weekend and the service from Royal Restrooms was outstanding. The restrooms were decorated so nicely and many didn't even realize it was a restroom outside. It was like being in a bathroom at your house. The driver was so nice and the pick up service was amazing as well. I recommend this service to any wedding venue or other venue. read more

Royal Restrooms were a huge hit at my daughter's wedding. The restrooms were so clean, cool in temperature and spacious. If I could give 10 stars out of 10 stars I would. Thanks to Greg (the set up guy) for explaining everything so nicely. I will definitely use them again. read more

Elegant!!! Air conditioning, candy dish, art on the walls. Not your normal porta potty.
