I brought my bike in and everyone was very kind. They hooked me up with a pair of new wheels and tires after they assessed my bike. As they put on my new wheels, they made sure everything was in working order, chain double checked, greased, gears all checked, etc. They went the extra mile to make sure I was ready for my event that I was training for and they also kept me within my budget. The pricing was also relatively opaque (the final price didn't match the website). The person who served me spent a long time setting up a mountain bike rented by the person before me, but didn't really seem to know much about road bikes and seemed quite disinterested. They adjusted the saddle height but when I said it was still too low they didn't change it again (luckily I had to buy tools after anyway). They also didn't check the tyre pressure, which I had to sort out myself after I'd left and realised they were soft. Decent bike and great riding, but check what's actually included and confirm the price before you pay.

Seeing that CyclErie was offering such a great deal in partnership with Aventon, AND able to build it there was an immediate go for me! I made an appointment so they would have the time to get it in from their warehouse and give it a little spin around the parking lot and alley, and less than 10 minutes later, I had her loaded up and ready to go home to take on more adventures. Staff was friendly, helped me with sending in my invoice info to Aventon to get some bonus free perks, had me download the app so I could unlock new max speeds, and recommended taking a picture by the balloon mural. Love the bike, love the town of Erie, and my husband was so impressed by their service that he just purchased and picked up his eBike from CyclErie so we can enjoy our adventures together!
