    "IncrediBowl" (5 spiced pork belly)
    Willy M.

A few coworkers asked me if I wanted to go to Cheesecake Factory in downtown, I said no. Instead I headed over to Westlake Park in downtown to see which food trucks were there. Glad I went here instead, as I'm sure that IncrediBowls would be a better lunch option. Pretty simple menu, about 5 signature bowls to choose from. I don't think you can customize your bowl which is totally fine with me because it's tough for me to think when I'm hungry. I just want to choose something. I decided to get the "IncrediBowl" which had 5 spiced pork belly, sesame slaw, pickled cucumbers, this aioli sauce, and sprinkle of sesame seeds all over rice. Pickled jalapeno is optional, I said yes. It was pretty darn good, quite flavorful, good sized chunk of pork belly, moist & lovingly tender pork, crisp veg, good sauce and all good when mixed up in your bowl. Sat and ate at Westlake Park to enjoy the colorful scenery. I believe this food truck is based out of the Bellevue side, glad they came over to Seattle to serve up some delicious bowls. Definitely on my radar to keep my good eye on them if I see them around. Staff was friendly when ordering, prices were about $10 + or so, which is going rate all over. Glad I stopped by to check them out and I think you should too.

Half beef brisket, half chicken ($9)

On a cold rainy work day, a rice bowl sounded like a comforting meal to warm up. They offer four different options each with their own set of toppings: beef brisket, pork belly, chicken or veggie. I was debating between the chicken and beef, but then the cashier said I could get half-and-half and I couldn't have been happier. (Note: With the chicken bowl being $8 and the beef bowl being $9, for half-and-half, they charged me the more expensive price of $9.) For the most part, I enjoyed my bowl and it provided a very filling portion, but some of the flavors were a hit or miss for me. Both the chicken and beef were tender and lean, however they could have benefited from a little more seasoning. Each of the meats were paired respectively with pickled cucumber and kimchi. I generally don't care for pickled foods, but surprisingly found that the kimchi complemented the beef well and wasn't as tart as I expected. Unfortunately, the pickled cucumber was extremely acidic for my taste and was basically sopping in vinegar. I loved the sesame slaw that came with both meats, which was refreshing and provided the perfect amount of crunch! Based on their menu, they do add some broth to the rice which gave it a hint of flavor, but I sadly found the rice to be sticky and somewhat gummy. If I try Incredibowls again, I would likely just order a bowl as-is to appreciate the combination of ingredients and flavors as the chefs intended. Perhaps there was just too many different tastes among the chicken, beef and each of their corresponding toppings that are not meant to mesh. Overall, the staff was friendly and I appreciated the care they took in creating my bowl - it was so picturesque! Prices are reasonable as well, considering the portions are very hearty and satisfying. [ Quick Update (11/18/18) ]: Their VegetaBowl has become my favorite! In addition to pickled cucumbers and their amazing slaw, I love their soy buttered mushrooms and slightly spicy edamame. I've ordered this twice, with half rice and extra mushrooms... delicious!

    Unforgettabowl

YES. Eat here. Amazing Korean bowls. I stumbled upon Incredibowls since they were parked in front of my office building a few times. I finally have tried them out twice. Don't be like me and wait, try them now. The Unforgettabowl is a beef brisket bowl with super tender, seasoned beef, baby carrots, spicy mayo, kimchi, slaw, rice and sesame seeds and chopped green onion sprinkled on top. (Optional jalepenos added.) $12 with tax for this bowl from heaven. Extra $2 if you want more meat. The broth is heavenly, makes me think of a Korean mother giving me something soothing to eat on a cold winter's day. The kimchi was just right. The beef is a bit fatty but oh so tender. This wasn't spicy at all to me; I'm extra white and there was no spice to me so squirt on the sriracha (available!) and add the jalepenos if you want heat. The guys have been really friendly and wicked fast. No wait at all when I've placed my order. You get your receipt via Square. Food: 5 Service: 5

    Incredibowl

Wow! We had the Reliabowl (pork belly) and the Unforgettabowl (slow braised beef) and a Craveabowl (soy/ginger chicken) and also got a side of the sesame, soy mushrooms. Incredible isn't an even good enough word! Food was awesome and the service was exceptional. I can't recommend this place enough, if you live in Seattle, eat an Incredibowl and it will change your life.

Hey y'all!! Yesterday guess what I had for dinner a beef bowl topped with pickled cucumbers, kimchi, and fresh veggies. the nice gentleman was kind enough to even throw in a little pork at my bowl for me to try I'm not a big pork fan but I tried it for all my fellow yelpers and it is a thumbs up!! the beef was amazing though it was so tender and there was so much meat in my bowl I couldn't eat it all in one sitting along with brown rice of course the brown rice was not dry like brown rice can be and I love pickled vegetables I love vegetables in general but I like pickled this was a great mix it came in just as in time because I had nothing in the fridge and did not want to go to the grocery store and boom this truck was sitting on the premises of my apartment complex thank you for saving my evening two thumbs up go get your bowl y'all!!!

I passed by this food truck in Westlake and decided to try it out. I ordered the "Reliabowl" pork belly and rice bowl. It tasted fine and a tad oily, but for $12-13 it isn't really worth the price. It's mainly rice, after all. However I would not mind coming here again.

incrediBowl - rice bowl with five spiced pork belly, pickled cucumber, kalbi sesame slaw, and aioli. Delicious and so filling.

One of my fave food trucks. Their portion is just right, a very filling lunch. Their queue always move quickly, and I've never had to wait too long for my food to be ready. I've tried their Incredibowl (five-spiced pork belly) and Unforgettabowl (slow-braised beef brisket). Both are really good. I love how the kalbi sesame slaw and pickled cucumber balance the sweetness and savoriness of the pork belly in the Incredibowl, and I'm usually not too crazy about kimchi but I was surprised at how much I liked their kimchi that complemented the tender beef brisket. All the meats are so tender and very flavorful. Always delicious. My coworker got the vegetarian option (Vegetabowl) and also raved about how good it was. I usually order the bowl as is but several people have told me that these guys would happily accommodate your request (no rice, half this and half that, etc.) I'm a sucker for "wordplay" and I love the naming of their menu items. Indeed their incredibowl is incredible, their unforgettabowl is unforgettable, and yes the vegetabowl has vegetable.. lol. The staffs are always all smiles and fast. I appreciate how fast the food is prepared without losing a bit of quality and tastiness. These guys are awesome!

    Straight up

This was super flame, if I ever bump into this truck again I will 100 percent not hesitate to get another bowl. Price was good too.

I enjoy this place at least once a week when they stop by the Microsoft Campus. I usually order the unforgettabowl which is on point! The beef flavor is great plus the meat is always tender! Today I accidentally ordered the wrong item by mistake and they hooked me up with the correct order and even let me keep the initial order even though I realized it was my mistake! These guys are awesome and provide great food! Highly recommend this place!

Sam and Tony are the ish! They are very friendly and knowledgeable about there food and take pride and joy doing it! Definitely worth trying and has very catchy names to suit the theme!

    Great food!

The menu and experience differ between lunch and dinner, and this is my lunch review. Simply put, lunch is much more casual and affordable than dinner (You order lunch scanning the QR code at the table). If you're on a budget, you can eat lunch here for less than $20. I went here for lunch twice during my business trip last month and here's what I ordered: - Seafood Tofu Soup - $17.50 - A seafood soondoobu (순두부) with a generous helping of soft tofu, shrimp, mussels and clam, served with rice. Delicious, refreshing and not spicy-I bet they could make it spicy if you asked. I enjoyed the texture from the cabbage bits. - Seolleongtang (설렁탕) - $15.50 - Oxtail bone broth served with potato starch noodles and brisket, comes with salt and green onion already added(typically doesn't at other Korean restaurants). High-quality ingredients and flavor, a great comfort food with a generous serving of brisket. - Shaved ice dessert (빙수) - $9.00 - A great combination of cinnamon, ginger cream and fried rice puffs. Delicious and different than other Korean shaved ice desserts I've had that typically have red bean and overly sweet ingredients. If you're on the fence about coming here, maybe try out lunch first. Lunch is more casual, affordable and simpler than dinner, but is delicious and high-quality. You should come here for dinner too, and I'll post about my dinners here soon.

I dislike the more common 'elevated' where a restaurant makes changes such as swapping meat cuts from traditional recipes to something wagyu without any added thought or creativity in the process. Not at Paju. They are Koreans elevating Korean dishes. The dishes are refined and well-honed. Their creativity shows they know what they are doing. Plating is thoughtful. The restaurant itself is modernly elegant, great for date nights. Note the restaurant is quiet and elegant; perhaps they have a private room for loud celebrations. Staff was helpful with my questions. Food was available in a timely manner. The Food: Octopus, $27 - 5 Stars Served with smoked trout roe and dashima beurrie blanc sauce, this dish is visually attractive and absolutely delicious! One of our top dishes of the night. Paju Fried Rice, $27 - 4 Stars Cooked with kimchi, bacon, squid ink, and quail egg, this dish is one of their most popular dishes. I find squid ink to have a subtle earthy type of sea-umami flavor. The bacon and kimchi are a touch stronger in this combination. It's a good dish, but amongst our five dishes, this one ranked the lowest. Mushrooms, $23 - 5 Stars Served with parmesan cheese shaved so thin it's translucent, white kimchi, and truffle aioli, this dish is the bomb! Excellent for the mushroom lovers, it might convert mushroom haters, too. Lol. Another top dish of the night. Branzino Gui, $51 - 4 Stars Served with four banchan, this dish stands out for its execution - impeccably grilled and plated. The fish is very tender and perfectly cooked. I do think it is a bit plain for the price. Branzino is fairly common in different parts of the world. Ranked 4th for the night. Duck - 5 Stars Duck breast is served with a slice of duck and pistachio pastry plus four banchan. The duck is super tender. The pastry is clever utilizing other bits of duck meat. The simple sauce is very important, adding flavor to the pastry. Also delicious.

The first time I visited, the quality of the meat cuts didn't impress me, and the soups lacked depth of flavor. I'm not talking about needing more salt--the broth itself just tasted flat. When you're paying close to $30 for a bowl of soup, I think it's reasonable to expect a higher level of quality and care to ingredients. The second visit was a mixed experience. To be fair, I was in the wrong. There is a clearly posted policy stating that your entire party must be present before being seated. My group was about seven minutes away, and since I had already checked in on Yelp and there were only two parties ahead of me with no one physically waiting, I asked if I could be seated and order while I waited. I had already been standing inside for about 10 minutes. I was told that although tables were available, seating me ahead of the other parties on the waitlist would be unfair. I understood the reasoning, but she had also asked prior for my order. Her explanation left me confused so i sheepishly said I understood the policy. She already seemed upset by the time i had gotten there. Sometimes we have off days i get that. This place is clearly hit or miss, I've got friends who absolutely swear by it. For me, though, it wasn't anything special and didn't justify the price. If you're looking for Korean food in the area, I've had better experiences with higher-quality dishes elsewhere, especially in Lynnwood.

There were 4 complimentary banchan dishes (napa kimchi, cucumber kimchi, seasoned bean sprouts, and fish cakes). When I went, it was just me then a couple arrived. There was a delay with their order so she provided some mandu on the house while their order was being prepared. Once they received their order, I heard the couple tell the sever that everything was very good multiple times- their food did look good! I recommend checking this place out especially with the new ownership. Menu looks similar from previous owners, but will for sure go back and try something else!
