When the other brother is working, the carne asada can be salty and the rice sometimes tastes mushy, like it might be from the day before. Staff is always kind, friendly, and thorough when taking your order. If you ask for extra sauce they will give you extra sauce :) and if the salsa bar is not out and set up only usually when it's late late hour they will still give you a bag of radish, lime wedges, etc. I love this taco stand sooo much and will always return and recommend.

I have been trying to catch this very elusive truck for weeks now. Ever so randomly it shows up in…read morethe parking lot next to the shopping plaza three minutes from my house. And today was finally the day that I tracked them down and ordered their Quesabirria tacos. All in all presentation is beautiful. My go to quesabirria tacos is El Rinconsito, it's my favorite for flavor, portions, and price. So, how does it stack up? While I like that, it isn't greasy, the tortillas are not as pliable, or they have kind of a chewiness to them that I'm not a big fan of. Whereas the ratio of meat to cheese is absolutely perfect, it does need more cilantro and onions. The mix is definitely heavier on the cinnamon and cloves and it's flavorful, but you don't get a super umami flavor or savoriness compared to El Rinconsito. The presentation is beautiful and the customer service is amazing. So will I come here again? Yes, is it my favorite? No but it will definitely be so much better than having to drive all the way down to Renton to get my favorite here and there. But if cinnamon heavy quesabirria is your thing, check them out.
