We contracted Incredible Kitchen to replace our countertops and cabinets in our kitchen. Matt visited our house, to listen to our needs and began sketching out our kitchen dimensions. Niki was our designer who provided a CAD program visual of the products we selected on a large tv screen at their showroom. The value/cost was reasonable for the products we wanted. We had one delay with the countertops due to the Christmas holidays which we understood. Ann & Hamilton are the two that either called/emailed or visited all during the construction process. The entire team made us feel as if we were their priority. Not only in satisfaction but the quality of work being provided. Not sure why several reviews were not positive. Our experience was top notch not only in the craftsmanship but also customer service. We will use them again for new projects in the future. Highly recommend this company. Final note, the cabinet maker named Buzz went over and above in his craft making sure it was perfect. We liked that he didn't rush we wanted quality and that's what we received. read more

The only thing incredible about this kitchen and bath company is how terrible they are. Kitchen was never completed, I waited a long time to post this in hopes the owner would complete the job that we signed for and agreed to. I reached out to the company via email and phone on countless occasions and never received a response or resolution. Poor installation of kitchen cabinets. Had to pay out of pocket to fix the poor workmanship. Also, several cabinet doors were warped. Installation crew said they would be ordered and replaced. That never happened. Shoe molding was nailed to nothing so it floats around on our floor. There are so many kitchen and bath companies. DO NOT USE THIS ONE! read more

This remodel has been disastrous - bad beyond belief. The company ghosted us for months multiple times during the project. We had to dispute the deposit with our credit card company and threaten to get police involved for them to even begin our project. Please note agreement was signed in January 2022 with start date in March. Project did not begin until September. It is now March 2023 and there is still no plan to get this wrapped up. We are now In another round of their ghosting phase.... Haven't heard anything from them for 2+ weeks this time even though we have reached out to them. We encountered two solid employees during the project. Unfortunately both of them ended up moving on to other opportunities. Communication is so awful with this company. Even subcontractors complained. The company had no regard or respect to our property. We had to repeatedly beg for floor protection. A contractor finally did this based on our request three weeks into the project. No protective covering to block master bathroom from master bedroom. The protection has been ripped to shreds because of how long the project has taken. The paper has bubbled up which presents us from being able to use one of our closets. During our project, the plumber caused damage to our wall and left off the cover to our main water valve. The dumpster truck driver left broken glass all over from not using caution when pulling out of our driveway. The dumpster also left rust all over the driveway. Concerns were reported to IKB but they didn't care or address. This isn't all about cosmetic issue - these are real safety concerns. They did not follow the design that we signed off on. We flagged and most of the time they ignored the problem. Comparing our design to the actual work completed is like playing "Spot the differences" in Highlights magazine but not nearly as hard or frustrating. Only positive we can share is that we only contracted them for one bathroom. Original plan was for three bathrooms and a kitchen. We definitely dodged a bullet by not entering into contract for the other areas. This is by far the worst company ever we have worked with. Don't think reaching out to the owner will make a difference. He too will make empty promises and then blow you off too. Very clear his style has influenced the the entire company culture. If you are foolish enough to sign an agreement with this company please get it documented that you do not have to work with Ann. She by far was the worst part of the project. It is unclear if she is incompetent or just a slacker. What is clear is that she hasn't changed at all despite multiple attempts to get her to communicate. There were red flags all over the place when I began talking with this business. When an appointment was set to walk through the kitchen plans we arrived at the shop and was told a woman whom I have never met before was still working on them. We waited for 30 min. and she finally finished. The plans were not as discussed - she was going to make the updates and I have never heard from her again, it has been a year. I went with my "gut" instincts and so glad I did - I found a reputable company that laid out the plans and installed in a timely manner and done! About one month ago I called to make an appt for a bathroom remodel. The designer Haley was booked up for a few weeks and then on vacation so we made an appt for today 4/28 at 4:00. I never received a confirmation but expected her to be here today. At 3:50 I get a call saying Haley is sick and not coming. Representative was apologetic at first but then became rude and insisted that she had called me and left a message earlier letting me know that Haley was not coming and that we needed to reschedule. There was never any messages or texts stating this but to argue with me that she left a message and then say "whatever" is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard coming from an adult let alone a representative of a company. Now I know why they have such bad reviews. Do yourself a favor.and don't go with this company. read more

Horrible, horrible company. Do not use them. It's been 7 months since my Master Bath remodel began and it is still not complete. So many errors along the way, even simple measuring was done wrong. Hence, not enough tile was ordered, cabinets didn't fit, the vanity was too deep.... Deadlines were never met. Everything was supposed to be finished by the end of February! It's now the end of July, still not complete!! They have one excuse after another and almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. We hired this company to remodel our primary bath. The initial meet and greet was fine, it went downhill fast after. I liked the plumbing service they outsourced to but that was about the only professional they had working for them. They claimed they ordered a window as slated in our contract from Lowe's, but Lowe's lost it...that delayed them from doing any work for over 6 weeks. We found them a window in 5 days that worked then they charged us for a window we already paid for. Never answer text messages...just a horrible experience that lasted 2 years! We were impressed by the sales team at the Home and Garden Show and went to the showroom where we were impressed by the design team. That is where our positive feelings ended. Our main bath has been torn out for two months now. 1.) They use subcontractors who may or may not show up when they say they will. 2.) As I type this they are tearing the tile out for the third time, and AGAIN we will have to wait until they can special order the tile and get it in. 3) The plumber installed the fixtures all wrong the first time. 4.) Right now the plumber is back out because the fixtures are not stable so they are ripping out the tile to fix that. 5.) Workers arrived to install the cabinet but it wasn't here but still at the showroom. 6.) The next day the installers arrived only to discover that the cabinet wouldn't fit through the door. 7.) The electrician (who we had to pay out of pocket) had to come a second time because they didn't tell him to move the light fixture where the cabinet is supposed to go. 8.) The glass installers arrived with the glass, but couldn't do anything because the tile had to be redone for the third time. 9.) The entire house has been coated with dust repeatedly. The first time they covered the carpet but the last 9 times workers didn't bother... I could go on, but you get the point. This has been the absolute WORST remodeling job I had ever had done and they had the audacity to ask us to pay the balance weeks ago... and this wasn't a cheap project. We are fortunate that one of us works from home, otherwise someone would have needed to take two months off from work... two months and counting because it isn't nearly complete. I was really disappointed with this company. The initial contact was fine. A design assistant came to my house, showed up on time, took measurements, and asked me to send some design inspiration shots to her. I asked her specifically for separate quotes for three parts of my project: retiling the shower, changing the bathroom floors, and replacing the vanity countertop and backsplash. She set up a meeting for me at the design center to review the quote and design options. When I arrived for the appointment, the salesman I dealt with was very obviously unprepared. He had no idea what I wanted to accomplish in my project and just gave me a quote prepared by someone else with one price for the total project. The scope included items that I did not ask for and was not itemized. There was no way to determine what could be removed and how that would affect the price. He also showed me a CAD design that was just a mock up of what my bathroom looks like right now. There were no materials recommendations prepared based on the design inspiration shots that I emailed. When I questioned this, he said "I don't understand what you want me to design. You just want to retile a shower. You act like I need to design the Taj Majal." The kitchen remodel went fairly well and we were relatively satisfied however, some time later one of the pan drawers in the cabinet broke and they have refused to help us get it fixed. We contracted with them for a kitchen remodel - quartz countertops and tile backsplash. It's been a battle to get anything done even though we put down 50%. I've had to call, text, email, go into the storefront. They are selling, selling, selling but when it comes time to hold up their end, they are short handed. It's been two weeks and I can't even get a new quote (mix up with the backsplash). This has been going on since the end of January and we're still not finished. I would stay away. read more

I'll start by saying that I can't recommend Incredible Kitchen and Bath. We contracted in August of 2020 for a complete remodel of our kitchen. As I normally do, I received 3 quotes from different companies. Two were from big box stores, and the last from Incredible Kitchen and Bath (IKB). IKB's quote was the highest of the three, but we decided to give our business to a small business. We try to support local small businesses and we were impressed with the design they came up with for our kitchen, and that we had a project coordinator assigned to our project that would "streamline" the process into an efficient schedule. A little foreshadowing here, that didn't happen. When we put our deposit down we were told to expect 6-8 weeks for our cabinets to be built and we would have our new kitchen in time for Thanksgiving of 2020. It's January of 2022 and our kitchen is still not complete to our satisfaction. We kept in contact with our project coordinator and the cabinets end up running over the 8 week lead time. They receive the cabinets the last week in October, but they can't start the install because they have started a bigger project. Our project coordinator asks if they can start the week of Thanksgiving. We pass on not having a kitchen for Thanksgiving, and tell them they can start the following week. The 10 day schedule that the project coordinator provides is far from efficient, and I'm told that it's because they have to coordinate the electrical and plumbing sub-contractors and their schedules are full. So 7 days into the schedule, the cabinets are delivered to our house for installation. One of the base cabinets is severely damaged and it is noticeable by looking at the box. Keep in mind, they have had the cabinets now for 4 weeks. They need to order a new base, so we have to wait for the new base to arrive. I have them install the broken base so we can put plywood over the top of the cabinets so we have some sort of counter space why we wait for the new base to be built. When the new base arrives, it is damaged as well. Luckily, the damage is on the end that is hidden by the stove and will not be visible. The installer is able to make the cabinet structurally sound so I agree to having the base installed so we don't have to wait another 4-6 weeks to get another replacement base. During the install, we pointed out defects in over half of the cabinet doors. We get the project manager and the cabinet manufacturer representative out to our house so they can see the inferior materials that have been installed in our house. They agree that the cabinet doors need to be replaced and they order the replacements. Well, the replacement doors come, and a quarter of the replacement cabinet doors are still unacceptable. The doors under our kitchen sink do not align, and the doors for our pantry are warped and do not close all the way. See the attached pictures. Communication with the company has been non-existent. The original project manager has been replaced and the new one came out to access the situation in early November of 2021. He promised he would get the issues resolved and would reach back out to us with his plans for getting our doors replaced. We had not heard anything from this new project manager so I went up to the store December 29th and asked to speak to the owner, Matt. Matt was not in but I was told he would give me a call later that day. I asked to speak to the project manager but was told he was too busy to speak with me as he was handling an emergency situation with one of his projects. I was told he would call me later that day. It is now January 3rd, and I've still yet to hear anything from either the owner or the project manager. We are going on 18 months from when we signed our contract with IKB and our kitchen is still not finished. I would recommend that you find somebody else to complete your kitchen or bath project as they don't seem to value communicating with their clients, nor do they take pride in doing the job correctly the first time. Our experience with Incredible Kitchen and Baths (IK&B) was anything BUT incredible. We were so excited when we started the process of renovating our bathroom, closet and bedroom with IK&B. We should have known when we set everything up, picked our tile, flooring etc and then after hearing nothing came back in to find all our paperwork had been "lost". unless we physically showed up at their showroom. Most phone messages and emails went unanswered. Any action that was taken was after our insistance and enduring unfulfilled promises and outright lies. When we finally got them to start the process we suffered through subcontractors not showing up, duplicate contractors showing up, contractors not having project direction ... it goes on and on. Major headache for months over a project that should have taken just a few weeks. 7-8 months is beyond unreasonable. Especially since supply chain issues where NOT an issue with our project. In the end, we signed off on the project with some issues still open because it was easier to just do it ourselves. (Please note, the work done by the subcontractors was fairly well done but so not worth the frustration and pain of dealing with IK&B.) Next time we will probably just act as our own general contractor and save the money. We basically did the job anyway with this project! IK&B didn't seem to care that if this project went well, we would have renovated our kitchen and 2nd bath with them as well. As an FYI, our experience was not unique. A family friend renovated their kitchen with IK&B at the same time with the same miserable experience. BUYER BEWARE!!!! read more

Horrible service and not easy to work with by any means. The owner is very shady and has no clue of how to run or maintain a business. Of course this is a company that can't meet deadlines or satisfy a customer. Any place of business that cannot take care of their employees, will fail to make a customer happy as well. If being untruthful with employees doesn't tell you what kind of work you will get then I don't know what will. Backdating a pay cut onto a 75 hour work week is unethical a long with many other scenarios of trying to get out of paying employees overtime. The high turn over rate is another issue itself. People don't stay here due to one common denominator, the owner and the way this business is poorly managed. Also, do you expect an unhappy employee to do good work? Probably not. They will be there to collect a paycheck. Matt, at some point it may be time to look in the mirror and wonder what the issue is. It's not everyone else, it's you. Hopefully this review lets people know about what kind of work will be done to their homes as well as let future potential employees know what they are getting themselves into as well. A company truck keeps parking in the only handicapped spot at Lions Head apartments by the office. This van tag KRGM97 has no handicapped hanger or tag. This woman has been asked and told repeatedly not to break the law and take this spot from a handicapped person, like myself. We have 100% disabled veteran tags and have to park in a regular spot. I have taken extensive photos and will be having this vehicle towed and ticketed. Done with this unprofessional company. read more

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Poor management, constant issues with completing the work. It took almost 6 months to complete a master bath remodeling project. They use sub- contractors that routinely make errors requiring re-work and even show up smelling of alchohol and on several occasions. They have hidden costs and fail to live up to their word. I had to contact the State Attorney General and the BBB in efforts to get the job done. After agreeing to complete the work to our satisfaction (so they could get final payment) and after we paid it still took several months longer to complete. We are in the 28th week of a 6 week bathroom remodel. The entire project has been a fiasco. There is no contractor to oversee projects and as a result things were installed in the wrong order or installed incorrectly. The sauna was installed without access to an electrical outlet. The Jacuzzi was installed without insulation. No waterproofing was installed on the window sills (after weeks, we had to hire our own person to do the work). No one measured where the holes for the vanity faucets went and now there is no room to use the stopper handle (we had to purchase our own stoppers). It took over two months to get the hardware installed. The painter did such a sloppy job on the walls that they had to be sanded and repainted. The same painter painted our vinyl plantation blinds. The vanities are off the shelf, not custom. We have a non-standard vanity and there are gaps between the doors and drawers. There was no hole drilled in the shower allowing access from the steam shower controller in my closet into the shower. They then installed the steam shower control directly above the steam outlet which the instructions specifically state not to do. Part of my closet had to be disassembled to fix the problem. Weeks later that issue still is not resolved. read more

BBB listed as "Cabinet Masters", my project was a spare bathroom remodel consisting of tear-out existing built-in closet, plumb for additional sink and install new cabinets, sinks and countertop. Tear-out crew chipped my tile floor with pry-bar and cut existing electrical wire with saws-all reciprocating tool. Excessive force and hammering caused nail pop-outs in hallway wall. The sub-contracted company for the plumbing "Flow Solutions" were extremely poor in constructing the water lines and used 4 more elbows than required. They did not have the proper know how, tools and equipment to perform the work. After base cabinets, countertop and sinks were complete, hot water had less than half that of the cold water, when both faucets were opened there was very little flow. Since cabinets are now installed, the hallway wall requires demolition to access the plumbing for repair. Problem has not been corrected and remaining cabinets have not been installed. Homeowner has provided detailed written documentation on the defects and damage and regularly communicated to "Incredible Kitchens". Cabinets contain many manufacturing defect with shipping damage and have not been replaced. Communication is extremely poor, slow or no response to emails, voice messages and texts. Work is not complete after paying 90% of fee totaling $10,780.20. read more

Matt and his design team were very helpful throughout the process.We had an very extensive project. We basically remodeled the whole house from top to bottom. With all remodel projects, you must have patience. With that in mind, my wife and I were very pleased with the final results. I would highly recommend Matt and his team for your project. read more

We definitely would NOT recommend them and would not use them again for anything. We contracted with Cabinetry Masters to redo our kitchen and 6 months later it was completed. From the day our cabinets were demolished until we could actually use our kitchen, it took over 4 months. We had to redo much of the work ourselves. It was impossible to reach Matt Herman or Romi Jalouk who was our account representative. I have records of dozens of calls and emails being unanswered. We started dealing with the bookkeeper just to get a response. We went into the office several times to complain and find out if anything was scheduled and were led astray with promises that were not kept. Suddenly Romi Jaloulk was no longer with the company and we were never told. As it turned out it was probably the best thing that could happen because the owner Matt Herman had to get involved and finally completed the job. read more

Sam didn't know if the quote already included the discount, but she'd check with the owner. Well, two weeks later and they never got back to us. We called multiple times. I even left a message for the owner, Mat, who never called back. They are clearly unprofessional and perhaps a bit sleazy for not honoring their own advertised discount. will start by saying I typically do t leave many reviews but this warrants my input as I think companies like this think they are u touchable because they have you locked in a contract. I will start by saying do not pay more than 60% co tinue to hold back payments until you get the entire service you desire. I started our master bathroom on Feb 6, 2017 which I will tell you is higher end and we spent a great deal of money with them and it is still not 100% complete. They have not and will not receive the remainder of payment until complete but the carpenter keeps messing up little things which takes forever to get them back out. They are very unprofessional and have very poor communication. I think I fell for all the fancy 3D designs and they have some good designs but everything else and I mean everything else is lacking. It has been an exhausting horrible experience. I have had friends ask me who I was using and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am a mom of 2, married and I work very hard the 40-50 hours per week and to pay my hard earned money for a service which is non responsive I would never knowingly do. As of now they have asked to reschedule the cabinet door in which the carpenter installed the handle uneven and nicked the cabinet with his drill (something so basic) they have asked to reschedule but I have called and asked to speak with the contractor at least 3 times and sent an email because I have concerns with carpenter finishing the work - I just want contractor to speak with me it's not that big of a concern but some reassurance would be nice - he still has not taken 5 minutes out of his very busy day to call. I just want to have them finish, pay them the rest of their money and be done with it. This is just the latest mess up. The list of mess ups during was terrible. And I will tell you my bathroom looks good but I would not do it again with this company - EVER!!!! I hope this helps someone make a decision to stay away and not put their faith and money in this company Cabinetry Masters - Matt Herman. I will try to give a brief synopsis of what I went through. I went to Cabinetry Masters last July to inquire about a kitchen remodel. In August I gave them 1/2 the cost of new cabinets and granite. Since then it has been a nightmare. They did not order the cabinets until mid September and said it was my fault as I was on vacation. (which had nothing to do with ordering the cabinets). They cashed my check the day I gave it to them in mid august. They nickeled and dimed me through out the whole process and kept trying to add on additional amounts of money. They wanted to remove my old tile and of course charge an extra fee. They wanted to sell me new tile. They offered different services all at high costs. etc. etc. And the list goes on. I did have to pay extra for a 16 gauge sink which I thought was included. They damaged some of the wall in my kitchen/dining room and my old kitchen faucet was removed and supposedly thrown away, when I had said I wanted it. They finally installed about 1/2 the cabinets and then said I needed a plumber as the redesign had moved the sink and now the drain pipe was not in line with where the sink was to be. I hired my own plumber. I also had to hire a wall plasterer for the damage they did to my kitchen/dining wall. Their installer would not finish any part of the cabinet install until all was done. . After many weeks of trying to reason with them, I had to pay several hundred more dollars in cash, up front for 2 additional cabinets. I had asked for a receipt for the cost of these additional cabinets but they would not provide one. After approximately 5 months of having an incomplete kitchen and not being able to live in my house, the kitchen cabinet install was finally completed. Cabinetry Masters skimped wherever they could on the cabinet extras I had ordered and paid for. To name a few areas: The tilt down tray under the kitchen sink is cheap plastic inserts instead of stainless steel, the cabinet that is suppose to have tray dividers has a piece of plywood sticking half way out, to be used as a divider, the roll out trash cabinet is not a full cabinet but a piece of metal holding the trash container, etc. During this time I contacted Better Business Bureau as this business is one of their preferred businesses which I think only means they pay a fee. The BBB was of no help to me the consumer, so beware. I would never use Cabinetry Masters again and would not recommend them even to my enemies. DO NOT USE CABINETRY MASTERS. If there was 1/2 star I would give it for the one constant employee they have. read more

I don't think I have ever written a review, good or bad, however, the service provided warrants a warning more than a review. We had quotes to redo the master bath and kitchen counters. We started in the bathroom and a project that was supposed to be finished in just under 4 weeks took over 4 months and THEY STILL NEVER FINISHED. My glass shower doors have never closed properly, they bang at the top, none of the tile work done on the shower or floor is properly spaced, there are giant grout globs all over, the carpet that was pulled up was not correctly put back between the threshold of the closet and bathroom floor, there is a small hole in the ceiling, the pencil tile was never even finished...need I continue?! The sales rep came to my home several times, told me items were on back order but it was going to be repaired. Apparently, 1 year later, my goods are still on back order....I still owe them the balance because the work was never done and it is my assumption they know exactly how poor the craftsmanship is of their tech and it would cost more to completely redo the poor work over, than collect the money I owe them. I have over 2 dozen photos of the shoddy work and would be happy to post them if anyone is interested and wants confirmation why NOT to use this company. A real shame because the end result from a distance and at a quick glance is beautiful. Too bad I stub my toe on the uneven tiles daily to remind of my anger. Very sad and disappointed - I waited 12 years to have this done and thought I did my research. Needless to say we had another company do our kitchen and it is beautiful and was completed in less than a week once the products arrived. read more
