The Good: The electrical once you get to the garage is great. The subpanel and all the outlets/wiring is done well. The Ok: The trench location was fine but when we did the estimate, 2 things were supposed to happen: 1) go under the garage cement and drill through so you don't see anything outside. 2) dig a trench under a 6 foot slap to make it clean right before the main panel. Neither occurred. Both went over due to him not having the equipment. I understood as they worked their butts off and I wasn't going to be crazy. I wouldn't even have complained if they did the next part right. Due to this, the conduit is over the cement so it looks a little hokey right behind my kids playhouse. The Bad: When they did the trench, they broke through about 10 spots on our sprinklers. They did a terrible job of repairing them, even burying some unconected/fixed sections. I basically had to redo everything as they never came back to finish. It took me about 4 hours to fix all the issues. Also he was supposed to wrap the conduit that went over the cement so that it would cover all edges so my kids wouldn't get hurt. He never did this. I regret paying him the last part as he asked for it for parts and then NEVER came back. I heard from his "wife" a couple times saying he was hurt and in the hospital. I gave him time (over a month). Tried contacting. Nothing. Thank the man above that he finished the electrical before he ghosted me. If you ONLY need electrical work, they would be good. I wouldn't have them do other things that need done with it.
