I'm always a skeptic, but that's maybe because I have always gone to the places that have many offices around the nation. I don't want just a rub down. I like a good deep massage. Karen was AMAZING. I just kept thinking how wonderful it was. She knows exactly what she is doing and is so professional. She used the perfect combo of deep tissue massage and pressure to work on my back. Just when I thought it was over, she placed a hot towel on my feet that was scented with yummy aroma that just put the icing on the cake. Go see Karen. Not lying when I say she's the best. You will leave feeling amazing, and she really does go above and beyond.

I literally just got done with my first massage from her and cannot stop gushing to my husband how incredible my massage was. I had some major knots that no one has been able to get out before. Thank goodness for Karen! She was able to get a majority out and even whipped out an electric stimulator and lathered me with an icy hot like cream afterwards! I am already scheduled to go back in a few weeks and cannot wait to go back! I will no doubt be a regular of Karen's and will be referring her out to all my friends and family.

I'm quite a frugal person but I love my massage...so..after a long hiatus from getting a massage, I…read morefinally decided I was going to get one on the day I felt quite off and sick with my whole body aching. I picked HYH because they had easy scheduling online..and the other places I checked out online either didn't seem to have easy appointment making process or just were not open/didn't have last minute availability! I ended up booking my 90 minute full body massage appointment at night that day after I was done with everything! I was so glad I chose HYH. I arrived 30 minute earlier because I wasn't sre about where the place or what the parking situation was. But...there was nothing to worry about at all! Safe parking area, etc! Once I stepped into a place, a staff greeted me with water. I waited a bit and once I was there, I already felt a little relief from the peacefulness there. I had a male massage therapist and he was good! He did check in with me quite a bit on how I was doing and what I preferred. Honestly, with all the hot towels, warm pillows, hot stones, and all the massages all over, I felt on cloud 9. The prices were extremely reasonable that I felt so glad I chose to treat myself well that day! I definitely will be back at this place given all the right experiences about this place and the fact that they seemed more flexible with hours and open early/late, too!

This came after months of escalating boundary violations. He preys on people he perceives as weak. In my case, I was in full-body recovery from injuries caused by childhood abuse. He assumed the toll it was taking on my body meant I wouldn't fight back. This is someone who is supposed to be a healer. Instead, he used his position as a doctor to exploit and retraumatize patients. It has taken me nearly four months to feel safe seeing a chiropractor again, which has absolutely hindered my healing process. Please think twice before bringing your daughters here.

The most recent visit was for a facial with Emily, who's an absolute expert in her craft. Shoutout Capricorns! During your session they assess your skin and let you know what they are doing and using. It's so calming that I often find myself falling asleep by the end of it. They have private tubs you can reserve for an hour if that's more the vibe you are feeling, but you can also use the hot tub before or after your appointment to soak which is so relaxing. I do appreciate the touches of tea kettles and tea in the lounge area that are complimentary. They also have snacks and other things if you are there longer. Remedy is such a sweet serene spot right in the university area that you'd kinda forget where you are because it's so peaceful while experiencing it, and that's why I can't recommend Emily and Remedy enough.

First time visiting this location. Very convenient considering it's inside the mall…read more Very friendly staff but they speak broken English. It's not a problem as there's a laminated card counter that you order from. I asked for a 30-minute massage at a cost of $35.00 covering two areas. The female massage therapist was awesome! Very deep tissue massage. Even a bit painful, but it hurts so good. She followed a pattern on my neck, back, arms, and scalp. Very thorough. I believe they have privacy booths in the back for those who want a full body massage. Please check with the front desk counter when you arrive for clarification. The atmosphere was very calming. The lights are dimmed to provide a soothing atmosphere along with very quiet light music playing. My massage took place right behind the counter area in a massage chair. I was expecting a booth but considering it's just a neck and shoulder and back massage, it didn't really bother me to be upfront or others could see as they walk the mall. I will be going back possibly once a month as I enjoyed it and felt it was definitely worth the price. In fact, I left a hefty tip as I felt the massage therapist did a wonderful job.
