The appearance outside may not say much, but inside, one definitely felt safe and relaxed. I got a firm 90 min massage with deep tissue option with Kristy and I really.enjoyed it. Usually when I go to some places on affordable side, the environment made it hard for me to relax..but at this place..and in Kristy's good caring hands, I definitely and unexpectedly even fell asleep. I also love that you can customize your massage with a different scented (or unscented if you choose to) oil as well. For me, I picked therapist's choice because I was so indecisive..so I let Kristy picked for me. She combined rose and peppermint scent and I thought it was wonderful. If you want, you can also customize with some other add ones like hot stone, guasha, brushing, etc too. I like this spot and plan to be back again soon!

We came in on our year anniversary a little apprehensive as neither one of us has had a couples massage before. They were sooooo kind and accommodating. We felt right at home. Calvin performed my massage and it was amazing. He asked a few times about the pressure which I appreciated. The pressure was perfect. My boyfriend had Jass perform his massage and she suggested a few things that he agreed with. It was so relaxing for him that he fell asleep twice. I would definitely recommend! They are tremendously professional, offer excellent suggestions, it's affordable compared to some spa's out there, and it's a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon. Cheers!

I picked HYH because they had easy scheduling online..and the other places I checked out online either didn't seem to have easy appointment making process or just were not open/didn't have last minute availability! I ended up booking my 90 minute full body massage appointment at night that day after I was done with everything! I was so glad I chose HYH. I arrived 30 minute earlier because I wasn't sre about where the place or what the parking situation was. But...there was nothing to worry about at all! Safe parking area, etc! Once I stepped into a place, a staff greeted me with water. I waited a bit and once I was there, I already felt a little relief from the peacefulness there. I had a male massage therapist and he was good! He did check in with me quite a bit on how I was doing and what I preferred. Honestly, with all the hot towels, warm pillows, hot stones, and all the massages all over, I felt on cloud 9. The prices were extremely reasonable that I felt so glad I chose to treat myself well that day! I definitely will be back at this place given all the right experiences about this place and the fact that they seemed more flexible with hours and open early/late, too!

The masseuse felt the areas that I needed extra work on, and he paid closer attention to those areas. They used hot stones and my body felt extremely relaxed afterwards. Definitely recommend. The most recent visit was for a facial with Emily, who's an absolute expert in her craft. Shoutout Capricorns! During your session they assess your skin and let you know what they are doing and using. It's so calming that I often find myself falling asleep by the end of it. They have private tubs you can reserve for an hour if that's more the vibe you are feeling, but you can also use the hot tub before or after your appointment to soak which is so relaxing. I do appreciate the touches of tea kettles and tea in the lounge area that are complimentary. They also have snacks and other things if you are there longer. Remedy is such a sweet serene spot right in the university area that you'd kinda forget where you are because it's so peaceful while experiencing it, and that's why I can't recommend Emily and Remedy enough.
