So recently I had some issues that needed to be attended to and was told acupuncture may help. After calling around town to discover my insurance wouldn't be covering any of the cost I ended up looking for the best rate and of course well reviewed specialist in town. Jen walked me through the process and gave me a quote without insurance that was fairly reasonable. When I arrived Jen greeted me at the door and showed me where the water and restroom was along while walking me to the room. She was wearing a mask and took very great care of me from start to finish even taking the liberty to research some herbs they may help me recover faster. I knew she knew what she was doing so I felt completely confident while she carefully and strategically placed the needles on various points on my body. Jen was very friendly and very helpful. I have another session soon and I'm hoping we can get me back to myself again. Thank you Jen! I appreciate you so much for fitting me in! I'll gladly be back! read more

Some of the best acupuncture I've received! I'm here from out of town on a work assignment. I had some time off and decided to visit Zentral Wellness. I wish I could bring you home with me! read more

Just like other reviewers I found myself in desperate situation and when I called Dr Jen she was on her way out but she offered to stay until I got there to help me. My first time here and I must say I was so impressed how caring person Dr Jen is. I suffered from back pain since Oct of last year and nothing has helped. I've done it all. Even Dr Jen couldn't believe all I have done to get my back pain better until I saw all these 5 stars reviews. Even though I'm not 100% (as expected) but my pain is so much less. She is so knowledgeable and surprised me as how she could pinpoint all my pain spots after only few examinations. I can't wait to my next appointment because I already can feel so much better. THANK YOU Dr Jen for being so caring and putting your patients first. read more

Was traveling through ABQ for a few weeks and wanted to try acupuncture out for the first time. Went in with severe bloating and gastrointestinal issues for more than 3 months. Dr. Lisabeth was attentive and helped me understand her diagnosis. After one treatment I saw great results, went back for 2 more and am happy to report I'm returning home a new woman! read more

I was in town for a short amount of time and having a little back pain. I called Zentral and Jen was able to get me in immediately even though she had a packed day and it was last minute. I'm really grateful for the service! She introduced me to cupping after my acupuncture and it was amazing! Their office is cozy and has such nice vibes. I'm from DC where everything feels so hectic so it was nice to slow down for a minute. I felt really comfortable with Jen which made everything all the more better. Thank you again, Zentral. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in Albuquerque! read more

I'm traveling for work and ended up in extreme pain today. Jen was able to work me in because I was in rough shape. On top of that she spent an extended amount of time on me trying to solve my issue. It ended up being a cracked & infected tooth and I think her help led me to realize that. I'm grateful for the time and effort she spent working on me and am thankful she was able to see me. read more

I had an interesting experience here today. So I scheduled a 15 minute consultation for cosmetic acupuncture with Lisa-- it was a sad, and perplexing experience. I was about 5 minutes late because it took me a while to find the location- I called to ask about the location but I was about 2 minutes away. When I arrived Lisa was cordial as I walked in and she introduced herself. As we went into the 'treatment' room to talk she asked if I had any questions. The entire time I was in her presence was maybe a total of 10 minutes. She looked at her watch 2X-- I again apologized for being late and asked her if she had another appointment because she kept looking at her watch-- she said something in regards to looking at the time frame for the time she had scheduled for me. I certainly did not feel like she was trying to get my business and was appalled at being treated like that. I was defiantly interested in her service based on previous reviews. Unfortunately she lost a potential customer. read more

Great acupuncture and cupping by Dr Jen. I was skeptical, but this was extremely helpful. Very caring and professional.

I have been seeing Lisa at Zentral Wellness for about 6 months now, and it's changed my life. I gave acupuncture a try for relieving my chronic knee pain, and nothing else has even come close to helping except the treatment I have received here. In addition to making my knee feel the best it's been since my injury, she has also managed to address several other issues (other joint pain, sinus congestion and digestion to name a few) that I didn't realize could be so effectively treated with acupuncture. On top of that, Lisa is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Her ability to explain the science behind acupuncture is both incredible and comforting - because of her I can also understand WHY my treatment is working, which is very important to me (and something I haven't been able to say about Western medicine as it relates to my issue) Long story short, if you have issues with pain, digestion, sinuses (or really anything else), this is the place for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatment. Zentral Wellness is awesome! read more

I love going to Zentral! From the moment I step into the office I feel relaxed. I don't feel like I'm stepping into a clinic but an environment to relax. That is exactly how I feel after a treatment from Dr. Jen! read more

Zentral Wellness is so calm and inviting. The space is so relaxing and well put together for a new business. I had a massage by Justine and it was wonderful. She combines massage with cupping and I left feeling great (she even cured the headache I had when i arrived!) they think of the small details such as placing a bowl of warm water and essential oils under your face when you are face down in the face cradle so that you don't get stuffed up. I also have had acupuncture treatments with Lisabeth and she is wonderful. So knowledgeable and calming and really passionate about her work. I would highly recommend Zentral Wellness. read more

Dr. Jen just saved us at our last minute moment of need! Amazing customer service and a great sense of caring. She was both knowledgeable and compassionate, which is too often a tough combo to find. She even went out of her way to help us out with our 'emergency' request. Today was our first experience with Zentral Wellness and I already know we'll be back for something or another in the near future! read more

After being recommended to try acupuncture for years, I finally decided to try it out and have become a true believer after being in the care of Dr. Lisa for several months now. I've brought many different issues to her and have been amazed at the effectiveness of Chinese medicine's holistic approach which is lacking in my western doctor's care. read more

I'm breathing easier, my coughing has stopped and my knee was so much better I was able to get my errands done after my session.
