When the vendor finally arrived, they refused to bring the items inside, even after being given simple directions to an accessible first-floor entrance. Instead, we were told that if someone didn't come outside, they would leave with the desserts items we had already paid half down on and were prepared to pay the remaining balance for. This caused unnecessary stress and scrambling during the reception. What was most disappointing was the owner's response afterward. Instead of accountability, she deflected by rewriting the timeline, blaming background noise from frustrated guests, and making personal remarks about me as a customer. None of that changes the facts: * The delivery was late. * Calls and texts went unanswered until 3:23 PM. * The delivery was not completed as agreed. I sent some images as a reference and Alexandra offered input to make sure we were aligned. She then created something that went with what I was thinking, but it was even more beautiful.
