They give you two wristbands (one for game access and the other for a locker of your belongings). The staff was so friendly. I was running out of breath and trying to rush to get our last game in and he told me to relax and have fun! The staff also takes the time to explain each game in the beginning and although it was busy, they definitely made the experience so much more fun. However, if you are using one of the guest steam accounts, a number of them have mods installed on them so characters of monsters may not appear as the originals. One of my friends, the zombies were anime girls while my other friend, all mobs were from Minecraft which made hit boxes more confusing. The computer has a timer in the bottom left corner showing your start/end time. Once you hit 10 minutes remaining then the computer vocalizes how many minutes you have left every minute.
