They were severely understaffed, only 3 Merch sites in Key Arena, Merch showed up late, the lines were hundreds deep even after the show. You had to choose between missing the show you so wanted to see or not get any Merchandise that is only available at the concert. Soooooo disappointing for many fans.

I enjoy shopping here because the owner takes pride in the items and brands she carries as well as the way the customers are treated. I never feel pressured to buy. The employees have come to know me and are helpful in recommending items that I might like and, at times gently nudging me to try new things. The selection feels like going to Nordstrom but better because I've noticed that they carry brands that may be new to most because you may not see them at a large brick and mortar department store. Plenty of women owned and ethical brands to discover. The owner expanded into the shop to the left of the original store with gifts and mens clothing. Since she has, I've been able to find gifts for the people in my life for any given occasion. Baby showers, Father's Day, birthdays, holidays...you name it!
